La salade est super rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, rassasie, contient beaucoup de bonnes prot\u00e9ines, est sans gluten et m\u00eame v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. Voil\u00e0 tellement de bonnes qualit\u00e9s que cela rendrait presque la salade antipathique \ud83d\ude00 Mais ne t&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te pas, ici aussi, c&rsquo;est le go\u00fbt qui d\u00e9termine &#8211; et il est formidable !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu connais \u00e7a aussi ? Le matin, tu regardes ton calendrier et tu te dis simplement : \u00ab\u00a0Tant de rendez-vous, o\u00f9 vais-je encore m&rsquo;asseoir pour manger quelque chose de bon ? Mais avant de te tourner vers le fast-food, pr\u00e9pare-toi plut\u00f4t, la veille, cette d\u00e9licieuse et rassasiante salade de pois chiches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-meal-prep-en-toute-simplicite\">Meal Prep en toute simplicit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les l\u00e9gumes sont coup\u00e9s en un rien de temps et la vinaigrette est pr\u00eate en un clin d&rsquo;\u0153il. Les pois chiches et les l\u00e9gumes sont enferm\u00e9s dans une <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/38kY9xT\" target=\"_blank\">bo\u00eete de conservation*<\/a> et la fantastique vinaigrette Za&rsquo;atar dans un petit pot. Tu emballes rapidement les deux le matin et tu as \u00e0 midi un repas sain et rassasiant qui ne te fait pas directement tomber dans le coma alimentaire. R\u00e9serve donc le coma alimentaire pour le week-end et une soir\u00e9e sur le canap\u00e9 \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la salade de pois chiches n&rsquo;est pas seulement un bon aliment rassasiant, elle accompagne aussi tr\u00e8s bien le poisson frit.
