Mais si cette id\u00e9e me vient soudainement \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit, cela ne sert \u00e0 rien &#8211; je dois au moins noter les grandes lignes (et manger quelque chose) : Cors\u00e9 et consistant, mais aussi l\u00e9ger et frais.&nbsp;<strong>Steak de chou-fleur<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>sur une pur\u00e9e de haricots<\/strong>&nbsp;gratin\u00e9e \u00e0 la harissa et au fromage. La recette est simple et rapide !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un plat rapide pour la fin de la journ\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai continu\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper cette recette sur papier, j&rsquo;ai pu go\u00fbter la formidable combinaison des diff\u00e9rents ar\u00f4mes avant m\u00eame de pr\u00e9parer quoi que ce soit. Et le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait encore meilleur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;entends d\u00e9j\u00e0 quelques personnes s&rsquo;exclamer : Le chou-fleur n&rsquo;est pas un steak, esp\u00e8ce de torchon ! C&rsquo;est vrai, bien s\u00fbr, tout sauf le torchon. Du moins, si l&rsquo;on pense \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne. Mais le chou-fleur peut en fait \u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en belles tranches et cuit \u00e0 la po\u00eale ou au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour la cuisson au four. Avant d&rsquo;enfourner les steaks de chou-fleur, on les badigeonne d&rsquo;une<strong>&nbsp;marinade&nbsp;<\/strong>piquante<strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 base de harissa et d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive&nbsp;<\/strong>. Pour que le plat soit encore plus savoureux, on y ajoute du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-lit-cremeux-de-haricots-blancs-pour-le-chou-fleur\">Un lit cr\u00e9meux de haricots blancs pour le chou-fleur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que les steaks de chou-fleur grillent au four et que le fromage est bien dor\u00e9, on pr\u00e9pare la pur\u00e9e de haricots. Comme tu peux t&rsquo;en douter, c&rsquo;est aussi tr\u00e8s rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il suffit de prendre des haricots blancs cuits en conserve et de les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e avec du jus de citron, du zeste de citron et un peu de tahini, puis d&rsquo;y ajouter un oignon rouge hach\u00e9. Cela donne au tout une belle texture et une autre note gustative d\u00e9licieuse. La pur\u00e9e est alors \u00e0 la fois velout\u00e9e et cr\u00e9meuse, mais aussi tr\u00e8s fra\u00eeche et fruit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, je pourrais manger la pur\u00e9e de haricots avec un peu de pain jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sati\u00e9t\u00e9. Mais c&rsquo;est une autre id\u00e9e de recette&#8230; Bien \u00e9tal\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;assiette, elle constitue une excellente base pour le steak de chou-fleur cuit au four. Garnis le tout d&rsquo;amandes fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9es et d&rsquo;herbes fra\u00eeches et attends avec impatience la chanson d&rsquo;amour que te chantera ton palais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te
