Et une fois de plus, c&rsquo;est une toute nouvelle exp\u00e9rience pour moi. Apr\u00e8s le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/houmous-de-betterave-rouge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">houmous de betterave rouge<\/a>, j&rsquo;ai cette fois-ci os\u00e9 supprimer compl\u00e8tement le pois chiche de la recette et le remplacer par de la patate douce. Mais alors, la cr\u00e8me peut-elle encore s&rsquo;appeler houmous ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9 dans quelques recettes, la langue arabe est parfois, disons&#8230; bizarre. Houmous (ou hom:mus prononc\u00e9) ne signifie rien d&rsquo;autre que \u00ab\u00a0pois chiche(s)\u00a0\u00bb. Oui, singulier et pluriel &#8230;<br>Bref, tu comprends maintenant pourquoi je me demande si on peut encore appeler cette recette houmous. En tant que compteur de pois (muhahaha), on n&rsquo;a pas vraiment le droit de le faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas aussi simple que cela. Le houmous et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/baba-ganoush-auberginencreme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le baba ghanoush<\/a>&nbsp;font partie des \u00ab\u00a0M&rsquo;tabbal\u00a0\u00bb (M:tab:bal). Cela signifie qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me qui est \u00ab\u00a0marin\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb avec du citron, de l&rsquo;ail et du tahini. L&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient le plus important ici est en fait la p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same tahini. Je devrais donc appeler cette recette M&rsquo;tabbal de patates douces &#8211; mais personne ne comprend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu veux mon avis, le houmous de patate douce a effectivement plus de points communs avec la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;aubergine baba ghanoush qu&rsquo;avec la cr\u00e8me de pois chiches. Le sel fum\u00e9 donne \u00e0 la pomme de terre sucr\u00e9e un caract\u00e8re plus savoureux et le tahini un caract\u00e8re de noisette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration est \u00e9galement plus proche de celle du baba ghanoush : on retire la chair du fruit et on la remue avec une fourchette jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle devienne une cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fibreuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi ai-je quand m\u00eame appel\u00e9 cette recette \u00ab\u00a0houmous de patate douce\u00a0\u00bb et non \u00ab\u00a0ghanoush de patate douce\u00a0\u00bb ? Parce que je peux \u00e9crire ce que je veux ici et que le houmous est malheureusement mieux class\u00e9 sur Google. \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le plus important : la cr\u00e8me est divinement
