Cette recette se fait en un tour de main et te coupe d\u00e9finitivement la faim pendant un bon moment. Il n&rsquo;y a donc absolument <strong>aucune<\/strong> raison de devenir hangry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel pain convient le mieux pour la tarte \u00e0 l&rsquo;avocat?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Honn\u00eatement? Il est tr\u00e8s difficile de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, car le pain est une pure affaire de go\u00fbt. J&rsquo;ai tendance \u00e0 choisir un <strong>pain de seigle<\/strong> ou un <strong>pain mixte<\/strong> avec une cro\u00fbte croustillante. Mes amis pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les <strong>toasts<\/strong> aux graines ou le <strong>pain noir<\/strong>. Et puis il y a les <strong>amateurs de pain blanc<\/strong> &#8230; mais c&rsquo;est trop fade pour moi. En effet, le go\u00fbt des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales s&rsquo;harmonise si bien avec la note de noix de l&rsquo;avocat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Halloumi \u2013 le fromage \u00e0 griller de Chypre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Halloumi<\/strong>? C&rsquo;est bien ce <strong>fromage qui couine<\/strong>, non? Tu as tout \u00e0 fait raison. Tu l&rsquo;as probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu dans des BBQ sauvages, o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait grill\u00e9 en tranches sur le barbecue jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il devienne croustillant. Petite astuce de ma part : il est \u00e9galement d\u00e9licieux \u00e0 la po\u00eale &#8230; et bien s\u00fbr, il grince aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On m&rsquo;a demand\u00e9 un jour comment on pouvait couper l&rsquo;halloumi en tranches sans le d\u00e9truire. C&rsquo;est une question tout \u00e0 fait l\u00e9gitime! Le halloumi a tendance \u00e0 se casser en deux au moment o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on fait vraiment tr\u00e8s attention et o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on a absolument besoin de tranches bien r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. Mais rien n&rsquo;y fait, \u00e0 part un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9 et beaucoup de d\u00e9licatesse. Il suffit ensuite d&rsquo;y \u00e9craser un <strong>avocat<\/strong> bien cr\u00e9meux, d&rsquo;y d\u00e9poser <strong>l&rsquo;halloumi<\/strong> bri\u00e8vement r\u00f4ti et de garnir le tout d&rsquo;un peu <strong>d&rsquo;huile de za&rsquo;atar<\/strong>. L&rsquo;huile de za&rsquo;atar est d&rsquo;ailleurs simplement un peu de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m%c3%aame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&rsquo;atar<\/a> m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive &#8211; m\u00e9ga bon et m\u00e9ga simple !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseils pour un Stulle parfait<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ach\u00e8te un <strong>pain frais<\/strong> \u00e0 la boulangerie.
