Mon fr\u00e8re, par exemple, est un cas particulier, car sa liste culinaire de \u00ab\u00a0plats autoris\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb est extr\u00eamement courte. Mais j&rsquo;arrive toujours \u00e0 l&rsquo;enthousiasmer avec ces bateaux de p\u00e2te et la bonne charge de&nbsp;<strong>fromage<\/strong>&nbsp;fondu et&nbsp;<strong>de saucisse \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9pic\u00e9e. Heureusement, la recette est aussi tr\u00e8s&nbsp;<strong>simple<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>rapide<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fromage-et-saucisse-a-l-ail-une-equipe-de-reve\">Fromage et saucisse \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail : une \u00e9quipe de r\u00eave !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de nous consacrer \u00e0 la garniture, j&rsquo;aimerais tout d&rsquo;abord clarifier pour tout le monde ce qu&rsquo;est un pide : les pides sont des&nbsp;<strong>bateaux<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2te<\/strong>&nbsp;moelleuse \u00e0 la levure avec une garniture de ton choix &#8211; ici, c&rsquo;est un pide au fromage et au sucuk. Les pides sont surtout connus en Turquie, mais ils sont devenus un v\u00e9ritable classique dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le blog, tu trouveras \u00e9galement d&rsquo;autres versions de pide, par exemple avec&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pide-aux-%C3%A9pinards-et-%C3%A0-la-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des \u00e9pinards et de la feta<\/a>&nbsp;ou m\u00eame de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pide-avec-aubergine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&rsquo;aubergine grill\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux soit faire toi-m\u00eame la&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e<\/strong>&nbsp;pour le pide au fromage et au sucuk, soit utiliser une p\u00e2te pr\u00eate \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi du supermarch\u00e9 si tu n&rsquo;as pas le temps ou si tu es particuli\u00e8rement press\u00e9. Mais la p\u00e2te faite maison est bien meilleure, crois-moi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e, tu r\u00e9partis simplement une bonne quantit\u00e9 de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et quelques tranches de la d\u00e9licieuse saucisse \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail appel\u00e9e sucuk. Pour le fromage, je te conseille le fromage turc&nbsp;<strong>Kashkaval<\/strong>, mais tu peux aussi utiliser&nbsp;<strong>du fromage au beurre<\/strong>. Une fois la garniture termin\u00e9e, il ne te reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 replier les bords pour obtenir la fameuse forme de bateau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, ton pide avec fromage et sucuk atterrit dans le four et l\u00e8ve bien. Le fromage fond et le sucuk devient bien cuit et aromatique dans le four, presque comme une pizza au salami. La cuisine sentira bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu le souhaites, tu peux ajouter quelques flocons de piment sur le pide apr\u00e8s la cuisson, en le garnissant de fromage et de sucuk, mais ce n&rsquo;est
