En effet, d\u00e8s que je d\u00e9couvre de nouvelles \u00e9pices ou p\u00e2tes qui me plaisent, je veux les m\u00e9langer directement dans chaque recette ! Je connaissais d\u00e9j\u00e0&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-%C3%A0-l'eau-de-rose\/\"><strong>Harissa<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;mais il y a tellement de p\u00e2tes et de m\u00e9langes d&rsquo;\u00e9pices s\u00e8ches que j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb t\u00e2tonner avant de trouver celui qui me convenait. J&rsquo;aime bien les choses \u00e9pic\u00e9es ! Et il y a quelques p\u00e2tes qui sont moins \u00e9pic\u00e9es, mais qui ont un go\u00fbt plus&nbsp;<strong>fum\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<strong>plus sal\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-croustillant-a-l-exterieur-juteux-a-l-interieur-le-defi-du-poulet-frit\"><strong>Croustillant \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, juteux \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur &#8211; le d\u00e9fi du poulet frit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait du&nbsp;<strong>poulet frit<\/strong>&nbsp;toi-m\u00eame ? En imagination, c&rsquo;est super compliqu\u00e9 et surtout&#8230; tu es devant une casserole d&rsquo;huile chaude et \u00e7a sent partout ! Mais en pratique, tout ce que tu as \u00e0 faire, c&rsquo;est de pr\u00e9parer une bonne marinade, de laisser mariner le poulet dans la marinade, de le rouler dans la farine et de le faire frire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit bien dor\u00e9. Et plus l&rsquo;huile est fra\u00eeche, moins \u00e7a sent bon dans la pi\u00e8ce. Les fen\u00eatres et la hotte aspirante peuvent toutefois \u00eatre ouvertes et allum\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi des&nbsp;<strong>cuisses de poulet<\/strong>&nbsp;et non&nbsp;<strong>un filet de poitrine de poulet<\/strong>? Bien s\u00fbr, tu peux aussi utiliser le filet. Mais personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les cuisses de poulet d\u00e9coup\u00e9es, m\u00eame avec la peau. Car la viande est plus tendre que le blanc de poulet. Et la&nbsp;<strong>marinade au yaourt<\/strong>&nbsp;rend la viande encore plus&nbsp;<strong>tendre<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>juteuse<\/strong>. Plus tu laisses mariner tes morceaux de poulet longtemps, plus ils prennent naturellement le piquant. C&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;aime les faire mariner toute la nuit et les paner le lendemain. Ainsi, le poulet frit est bien aromatis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est la&nbsp;<strong>panure<\/strong>&nbsp;qui donne du croustillant et chacun la ressent diff\u00e9remment. C&rsquo;est pourquoi il faut essayer diff\u00e9rentes panures. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai fait. J&rsquo;ai test\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>la farine de bl\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>le Pankow<\/strong>&nbsp;et les deux se sont transform\u00e9s en poulet croustillant. Tu peux aussi m\u00e9langer la farine et&nbsp;<strong>l&rsquo;amidon<\/strong>&nbsp;ou utiliser de&nbsp;<strong>la chapelure<\/strong>&nbsp;simple au lieu de Pankow. Mais mon pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 est la simple panure de farine pour le poulet frit \u00e0 la harissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dip, stipp, hourra &#8211; mayonnaise au citron<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, le poulet frit doit toujours \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un dip, d&rsquo;une sauce ou d&rsquo;un trempage ! En tant que grande fan de mayo, je me facilite la t\u00e2che en m\u00e9langeant simplement un peu de jus et de zeste de citron \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et la&nbsp;<strong>mayonnaise au citron<\/strong>&nbsp;est pr\u00eate ! La note d&rsquo;agrumes apporte de l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 et \u00e9quilibre les ar\u00f4mes. N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 verser un peu de jus de citron frais sur tes morceaux de poulet frit Harissa !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity
