Voici enfin une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tale :&nbsp;<strong>le Labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong>! Tu apprendras ici comment faire toi-m\u00eame,&nbsp;<strong>rapidement<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>facilement<\/strong>, ce fromage frais v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-classique-levantin-en-version-vegetalienne\">Un classique levantin en version v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebastian, du blog alimentaire v\u00e9g\u00e9talien&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.simply-vegan.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Simply Vegan<\/a>, aime la cuisine du Levant et a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s curieux de d\u00e9couvrir le fromage frais cr\u00e9meux \u00e0 base de yaourt et ses variantes. C&rsquo;est avec lui que cette recette de labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien a enfin vu le jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessus, le labneh est un fromage frais \u00e0 base de yaourt. La pr\u00e9paration est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple. En fait, il suffit de m\u00e9langer le yaourt avec une petite pinc\u00e9e de sel et de le mettre dans un torchon. Tu laisses ensuite reposer le tout pour que le petit-lait s&rsquo;\u00e9goutte et que le yaourt devienne de plus en plus ferme et intense. Le r\u00e9sultat est un fromage frais cr\u00e9meux avec une d\u00e9licieuse note fruit\u00e9e et acidul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le yaourt ordinaire n&rsquo;est \u00e9videmment pas v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 diverses alternatives de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal pour le labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien. C&rsquo;est le yaourt au soja qui a donn\u00e9 les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-labneh-vegetalien-simple-et-rapide-a-realiser\">Labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien : simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te conseille de pr\u00e9parer ton labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien avec&nbsp;<strong>du yaourt au soja<\/strong>. Cela fonctionne aussi avec d&rsquo;autres alternatives, par exemple le yaourt \u00e0 l&rsquo;avoine, mais le go\u00fbt \u00e9tait meilleur avec le soja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus liquide. C&rsquo;est pourquoi il ne fonctionne malheureusement pas aussi bien avec un passe-lait normal. Mais c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;intervient une astuce de ma m\u00e8re : si elle n&rsquo;a pas de passoire sous la main, elle utilise simplement un grand&nbsp;<strong>filtre \u00e0 caf\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;pour \u00e9goutter le yaourt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le filtre \u00e0 caf\u00e9 a des pores beaucoup plus fins qu&rsquo;un passe-lait, tu ne perdras donc rien du yaourt proprement dit et le go\u00fbt s&rsquo;intensifiera davantage. C&rsquo;est ainsi que le labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien prend forme !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 ajouter une pinc\u00e9e de sel au yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et \u00e0 le mettre dans un filtre \u00e0 caf\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai un dispositif pour mon filtre \u00e0 caf\u00e9 dans lequel je peux le mettre. En effet, il faut absolument poser le filtre sur une tasse ou un petit bol pour qu&rsquo;il ne se renverse pas et que le liquide s&rsquo;\u00e9goutte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon la consistance du yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, l&rsquo;\u00e9gouttage dure environ 24 \u00e0 36 heures. C&rsquo;est nettement plus long que pour la pr\u00e9sure normale. C&rsquo;est pourquoi tu devrais aussi mettre le yaourt dans le filtre \u00e0 caf\u00e9 au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour l&rsquo;\u00e9gouttage. La consistance du labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien devrait alors \u00eatre nettement plus ferme et cr\u00e9meuse que celle du yaourt utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fromage-frais-vegetal-la-touche-finale\">Fromage frais v\u00e9g\u00e9tal : la touche finale !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9goutt\u00e9 le yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, tu peux commencer \u00e0 peaufiner le tout. Le labneh n&rsquo;est pas seulement d\u00e9licieusement cr\u00e9meux, il a aussi une note acidul\u00e9e. Pour que ton labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien se rapproche de l&rsquo;original, tu peux apporter la touche finale au yaourt \u00e9goutt\u00e9 avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et de jus de citron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 m\u00e9langer le tout pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me onctueuse et ta labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9tale est pr\u00eate !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Classiquement, le labneh est arros\u00e9 d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et servi avec un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices aromatiques \u00e0 base de thym et de s\u00e9same appel\u00e9&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m%C3%AAme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Za&rsquo;atar<\/a>. Accompagnez-le de baguette croustillante, de b\u00e2tonnets de l\u00e9gumes ou de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a>&nbsp;frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le labneh v\u00e9g\u00e9talien se conserve environ une semaine au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur dans une bo\u00eete fra\u00eecheur. Attention toutefois au fait que le fromage frais v\u00e9g\u00e9tal s&rsquo;\u00e9paissit rapidement apr\u00e8s un ou deux jours. Il suffit alors d&rsquo;ajouter quelques gouttes d&rsquo;eau et de m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau le tout pour obtenir une cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le labneh est d&rsquo;ailleurs tr\u00e8s polyvalent et peut \u00eatre agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de diverses garnitures de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9ative.
