Il est servi avec tous les plats. Couper&nbsp;<strong>le chou blanc<\/strong>&nbsp;et les carottes en fines lamelles et les laisser reposer avec une vinaigrette \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me. Bien&nbsp;<strong>cr\u00e9meux<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; c&rsquo;est ainsi qu&rsquo;on l&rsquo;aime et qu&rsquo;on le trouve sur tous les buffets de f\u00eate. Et dans les fast-foods, il accompagne volontiers le poulet frit ou les spareribs. Mais as-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 essay\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>le coleslaw avec des herbes fra\u00eeches<\/strong>? Cette recette est si simple et si rafra\u00eechissante que tu peux en manger un bol entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un chou aux multiples facettes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m&rsquo;y connais en choux, j&rsquo;en ai rencontr\u00e9 beaucoup&#8230; car dans le Nord, on en fait toutes sortes de plats. Les&nbsp;<strong>choux roul\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;tant aim\u00e9s ou&nbsp;<strong>le pudding au chou<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; cela semble un peu \u00e9trange, mais il s&rsquo;agit en fait de chou blanc, qui est empil\u00e9 en alternance avec des pommes de terre et du hachis. Il ne s&rsquo;agit donc pas d&rsquo;une pur\u00e9e de chou avec du lait, mais d&rsquo;un plat vraiment savoureux et traditionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La salade de choux \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t rare sur la table. De temps en temps, lors de barbecues, avec des lardons \u00e9pic\u00e9s et une vinaigrette au vinaigre et \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile. Je connais donc les plats de chou plut\u00f4t consistants. J&rsquo;ai donc voulu cr\u00e9er une&nbsp;<strong>variante l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/strong>. Et comme la cuisine levantine utilise beaucoup le persil et la menthe, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;un coleslaw aux herbes fra\u00eeches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une bonne portion&nbsp;<strong>d&rsquo;herbes<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e9lang\u00e9es donne tout simplement du pep \u00e0 chaque salade. Prends donc un couteau, une r\u00e2pe ou une mandoline et coupe le chou blanc en fines lamelles. Hache le persil frais et la menthe. M\u00e9lange le tout avec du jus de citron et de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et assaisonne avec du cumin, du sel et du poivre. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
