Que serait ma vie sans la <strong>soupe aux lentilles libanaise<\/strong>? Elle serait amput\u00e9e de nombreux moments d\u00e9licieux et de souvenirs&#8230; Et pourtant, cette soupe a des super pouvoirs &#8211; elle est \u00e0 la fois cr\u00e9meuse et croustillante, r\u00e9chauffante et rafra\u00eechissante !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-la-fois-savoureux-cremeux-et-fruite\">A la fois savoureux, cr\u00e9meux et fruit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les soupes \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me sont d\u00e9licieuses : il suffit de jeter tout ce qui est coup\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement dans une casserole, de le faire revenir bri\u00e8vement et de le d\u00e9glacer ensuite avec du bouillon. Ensuite, le presse-pur\u00e9e fait le reste. Une recette \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt : rapide et simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du moins quand je n&rsquo;ai vraiment pas envie de passer plus de temps dans la cuisine et que je veux quand m\u00eame me faire plaisir. La soupe aux lentilles, c&rsquo;est toujours bon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soupe me r\u00e9chauffe en hiver et me rafra\u00eechit en \u00e9t\u00e9. Non, non &#8211; je ne mange \u00e9videmment pas la soupe froide en \u00e9t\u00e9. Le rafra\u00eechissement vient de la note fruit\u00e9e caract\u00e9ristique du citron, que tu peux d&rsquo;ailleurs d\u00e9terminer toi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi la quantit\u00e9 de jus de citron indiqu\u00e9e dans la recette n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une recommandation &#8211; n&rsquo;h\u00e9site donc pas \u00e0 t\u00e2ter le terrain jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tu trouves ton go\u00fbt personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9, il y a encore d&rsquo;autres ar\u00f4mes \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir dans la soupe aux lentilles, car elle ne l\u00e9sine pas sur les \u00e9pices. La cannelle, le curcuma, les graines de coriandre, le cumin, les clous de girofle et le laurier vont faire la f\u00eate \u00e0 tes papilles gustatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de cr\u00e8me pour la soupe de lentilles libanaise. Mais j&rsquo;aime bien ajouter une petite portion de tahini dans mon assiette &#8211; c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La soupe de lentilles libanaise et la d\u00e9couverte du croustillant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j&rsquo;aime particuli\u00e8rement dans ce classique depuis mon enfance, c&rsquo;est le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a> grill\u00e9 et croustillant. Pendant que les lentilles mijotent, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le pain pita<\/a> est grill\u00e9 au four ou frit bri\u00e8vement dans de la graisse chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma m\u00e8re devait toujours faire griller au moins deux fois plus de galettes, car nous grignotions toujours les premi\u00e8res galettes croustillantes comme \u00e7a. Et c&rsquo;est ce que je fais encore aujourd&rsquo;hui. Je fais croustiller la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 du pain pendant la cuisson de la soupe aux lentilles en entr\u00e9e. Le reste se retrouve ensuite grossi\u00e8rement \u00e9miett\u00e9 sur la soupe. Cela donne encore un beau contraste en bouche et c&rsquo;est vraiment d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te souhaite beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 essayer et bien s\u00fbr un bon
