Tr\u00e8s bien &#8211; moi aussi \ud83d\ude09<br>Et si tu aimes aussi la bolognaise, j&rsquo;ai l\u00e0 ton nouveau plat pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avoue que si l&rsquo;on me pr\u00e9sentait une assiette de spaghettis \u00e0 la bolognaise et une autre d&rsquo;aubergines au rago\u00fbt de viande, j&rsquo;aurais beaucoup de mal \u00e0 me d\u00e9cider. J&rsquo;aime tout simplement les deux plats. Cons\u00e9quence logique ? Je mangerais les deux et tomberais ensuite dans un coma alimentaire sur le canap\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais revenons-en \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine. M\u00eame si elle est devenue un peu coquine dans les messageries gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son utilisation douteuse comme emoji, elle reste l&rsquo;un de mes l\u00e9gumes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. Ou est-ce un fruit ? \ud83e\udd14 Peu importe ! Qu&rsquo;elle soit frite, cuite au four, sur une pizza ou transform\u00e9e en&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/baba-ganoush-auberginencreme\/\" target=\"_blank\">baba ghanoush<\/a>&nbsp;cr\u00e9meux, l&rsquo;aubergine est pour moi un aliment de choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9pare toujours ce plat quand j&rsquo;ai vraiment envie de \u00ab\u00a0soulfood\u00a0\u00bb. Le&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/riz-au-beurre\/\" target=\"_blank\">riz au beurre<\/a>&nbsp;d\u00e9licieusement moelleux sert de lit aux tranches d&rsquo;aubergine frites. Et par-dessus : un rago\u00fbt de viande hach\u00e9e vraiment d\u00e9licieux avec de la cannelle, de la cardamome, du piment et&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-%C3%A0-l'eau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\">de la harissa<\/a>. Les pignons de pin fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9s apportent la touche finale au rago\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalement, on laisse mijoter un bon rago\u00fbt pendant un certain temps. Tu peux faire de m\u00eame avec cette variante &#8211; les ar\u00f4mes sont alors plus intenses. Mais si tu n&rsquo;as pas le temps, fais comme moi. Je pr\u00e9pare toujours d&rsquo;abord le rago\u00fbt et je le laisse mijoter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que j&rsquo;aie fini de pr\u00e9parer les autres composants. Ensuite, on sert. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux d&rsquo;ailleurs tr\u00e8s bien pr\u00e9parer ce plat le soir et l&#8217;emporter au travail le lendemain.
