Au Liban notamment,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/croquettes-de-kibbeh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le kibbeh<\/a>&nbsp;est m\u00eame consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l&rsquo;un des&nbsp;<strong>plats nationaux<\/strong>. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas \u00e9tonnant qu&rsquo;il existe autant de variantes de cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9. L&rsquo;une des plus connues et des plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es est la variante en croquettes, qui peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pomme-de-terre-kibbeh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de mani\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/a>. Et de ces croquettes, il existe une recette de cuisine familiale vraiment d\u00e9licieuse :&nbsp;<strong>le kibbeh \u00e0 la sauce au yaourt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cuisine-maison-savoureuse-du-levant\">Cuisine maison savoureuse du Levant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le kibbeh \u00e0 la sauce au yaourt est un plat r\u00e9confortant absolument d\u00e9licieux, que j&rsquo;aime beaucoup depuis mon enfance. C&rsquo;est un plat consistant, qui r\u00e9chauffe, mais qui est aussi d\u00e9licieusement frais et fruit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 fra\u00eeche de la&nbsp;<strong>sauce au yaourt<\/strong>&nbsp;et \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>la menthe s\u00e9ch\u00e9e&nbsp;<\/strong>, le plat reste vraiment d\u00e9licieusement l\u00e9ger au niveau du go\u00fbt. Personnellement, j&rsquo;aime aussi la forte note d&rsquo;ail qu&rsquo;elle contient. Et le mieux, c&rsquo;est que cette sauce cr\u00e9meuse peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e de multiples fa\u00e7ons ! Tu peux en effet aussi y faire cuire de d\u00e9licieux&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shish-barak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">raviolis<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais revenons aux kibbeh \u00e0 la sauce au yaourt ! Les croquettes de kibbeh sont farcies de viande hach\u00e9e juteuse et r\u00f4tie, de pignons de pin grill\u00e9s et d&rsquo;oignons frits. La p\u00e2te ext\u00e9rieure des croquettes est un m\u00e9lange de viande fine et de boulgour. Tu trouveras bien s\u00fbr des instructions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur la mani\u00e8re de pr\u00e9parer ces croquettes incroyablement savoureuses dans la fiche recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les croquettes sont souvent servies frites comme en-cas pour accompagner un mezze. Mais pour ce plat, tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de faire frire les croquettes de kibbeh. En effet, ces d\u00e9lices farcis cuisent doucement dans une sauce au yaourt cr\u00e9meuse et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis mon enfance, j&rsquo;ai un petit rituel pour d\u00e9guster des kibbeh dans une sauce au yaourt : Je coupe en deux les croquettes qui se trouvent dans la sauce, de sorte que la farce soit visible. Cela d\u00e9gage toujours une belle vapeur. Ensuite, je pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve un peu de sauce \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re et la fais couler sur la farce avant de d\u00e9guster enfin la premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e. D\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En arabe, ce plat est d&rsquo;ailleurs appel\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>kibbeh labanieh<\/strong>. Si tu veux renoncer \u00e0 la viande, tu peux aussi pr\u00e9parer les croquettes&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pomme-de-terre-kibbeh\/\">avec des pommes de terre<\/a>, par exemple, et les cuire ensuite dans la sauce au yaourt avec de la menthe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le kibbeh \u00e0 la sauce au yaourt se pr\u00e9pare tr\u00e8s bien la veille. Ma m\u00e8re pr\u00e9pare g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les croquettes le soir et les met au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour le lendemain. \u00c0 midi, elle pr\u00e9pare rapidement la sauce cr\u00e9meuse et plonge les croquettes de kibbeh dans la sauce au yaourt pour les faire cuire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu as maintenant envie de plus de cuisine maison du Levant, je peux en tout cas te recommander les
