Car la&nbsp;<strong>betterave rouge<\/strong>&nbsp;est aussi aromatique&nbsp;<strong>crue<\/strong>&nbsp;que cuite. Je trouve qu&rsquo;elle a un go\u00fbt moins&nbsp;<strong>sucr\u00e9<\/strong>, un peu&nbsp;<strong>plus \u00e2pre<\/strong>&nbsp;et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement&nbsp;<strong>terreux<\/strong>&nbsp;lorsqu&rsquo;elle est crue. C&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;essaie d&rsquo;acheter des betteraves fra\u00eeches d\u00e8s que c&rsquo;est la saison de ce petit tubercule. La douceur des prunes s&rsquo;harmonise parfaitement avec la note \u00e2pre de la betterave rouge, tandis que la menthe apporte une touche de fra\u00eecheur et les noix grill\u00e9es une sensation de croustillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-betterave-rouge-et-prune-bleue-une-salade-twistee\">Betterave rouge et prune bleue &#8211; une salade twist\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La betterave rouge est de saison d&rsquo;octobre \u00e0 mars, lorsque tu peux l&rsquo;acheter fra\u00eeche du champ. Si tu en ach\u00e8tes quelques-unes entre-temps, il s&rsquo;agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de produits de stock. Tu peux aussi l&rsquo;acheter pr\u00e9cuite et sous vide ou en bocal, mais elle a alors moins de croquant.
