Que ce soit en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/zatar-brot-manakish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manakish<\/a>&nbsp;(pain de za&rsquo;atar), sur du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">labneh<\/a>&nbsp;ou simplement en trempette dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le m\u00e9lange de thym, de s\u00e9same et de sumac est un v\u00e9ritable alli\u00e9 de la cuisine orientale. Et maintenant &#8211; faisons-en un fingerfood que tes amis te demanderont \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu&rsquo;y a-t-il de mieux lors d&rsquo;une f\u00eate qu&rsquo;un buffet entier de fingerfood ? C&rsquo;est vrai ! Des fingerfoods que l&rsquo;on ne conna\u00eet pas encore, mais qui semblent pourtant familiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec cette recette, je quitte le terrain connu et je tente une exp\u00e9rience. Pour \u00eatre franc, il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;une recette libanaise classique, mais d&rsquo;une fusion. Je me suis inspir\u00e9e d&rsquo;escargots de pizza et j&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 les trucs de pizza par la masse de zatar de la recette de manakish. Buahahahaha !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai ensuite servi le r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 une amie. Son commentaire \u00e9tait : \u00ab\u00a0OMG om Nom Nom Rafik Nom om Nom &#8230;\u00a0\u00bb ou quelque chose comme \u00e7a. Malheureusement, je n&rsquo;arrivais plus \u00e0 la comprendre. Je pense que cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 plut\u00f4t bien re\u00e7u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la prochaine f\u00eate, je vais donc certainement servir toute une fourn\u00e9e de ces d\u00e9licieux rolls &#8211; peut-\u00eatre en combinaison avec un&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\">dip de labneh<\/a>&nbsp;frais
