Ces petites choses sont difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9crire. Au Liban, on les appelle tout simplement \u00ab\u00a0macaronis\u00a0\u00bb. Mais pourquoi ? Avec la meilleure volont\u00e9 du monde, je ne vois aucune ressemblance avec les p\u00e2tes italiennes. Et en fait, ils n&rsquo;ont qu&rsquo;un lointain rapport avec les churros. Mais, commen\u00e7ons par le commencement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je connais et j&rsquo;aime cette p\u00e2tisserie frite depuis mon enfance, mais je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais les malentendus les plus fous surgissaient \u00e0 chaque fois que j&rsquo;en parlais. \u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque o\u00f9 j&rsquo;allais encore \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, presque personne ne connaissait les churros ici. Je devais donc l&rsquo;expliquer d&rsquo;une autre mani\u00e8re. Finalement, le plus simple \u00e9tait d&rsquo;offrir des&nbsp;<em>macaronis&nbsp;<\/em>\u00e0 tous ceux qui en demandaient.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces churros, mutzen ou macaronis &#8211; appelle-les comme tu veux &#8211; sont principalement compos\u00e9s de semoule, de lait, de yaourt et de quelques \u00e9pices. La p\u00e2te n&rsquo;est pas sucr\u00e9e, car apr\u00e8s la cuisson dans l&rsquo;huile chaude, elle prend un bref bain dans un sirop de sucre avec de l&rsquo;eau de rose et de fleur d&rsquo;oranger. Pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne devienne trop \u00e9paisse, on la retire rapidement du bain. Ils acqui\u00e8rent ainsi une consistance et une douceur agr\u00e9ables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9pice particuli\u00e8re que personne ne peut d\u00e9finir avec pr\u00e9cision est le&nbsp;<strong>mahlab<\/strong>. Quel est son go\u00fbt ? C&rsquo;est un peu diffus&#8230; Il a un l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt d&rsquo;amande am\u00e8re et de f\u00e8ve tonka. Le mahlab est obtenu \u00e0 partir des noyaux de la cerise des rochers. Voici quelques citations d&rsquo;amis :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Hmm &#8230; m\u00e9ga bon ! Ce sont des beignets orientaux\u00a0\u00bb ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce que c&rsquo;est que ces dr\u00f4les de churros ?! \u00c7a a un petit go\u00fbt de rose et d&rsquo;anis\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0G\u00e9nial, c&rsquo;est comme Tulumba Tatlisi, mais pas aussi mignon\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pourquoi les Libanais les appellent-ils maintenant&nbsp;<em>macaronis<\/em>?<br>Je pense que c&rsquo;est parce que : on prend une petite quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te et on la roule en forme de petite saucisse. Ensuite, on presse cette saucisse contre une passoire \u00e0 p\u00e2tes avec les doigts, lentement vers le bas. Au cours de ce mouvement, le boudin commence \u00e0 onduler et forme finalement un petit rouleau avec un mini-petit espace vide. Le motif de la passoire \u00e0 p\u00e2tes s&rsquo;est imprim\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Selon le tamis \u00e0 p\u00e2tes, la structure ext\u00e9rieure est alors fine ou grossi\u00e8re. C&rsquo;est probablement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette cavit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de la passoire \u00e0 p\u00e2tes que le nom de macaroni s&rsquo;est \u00e9tabli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et maintenant, tu me demandes \u00e0 juste titre :&nbsp;<em>pourquoi tes churros, mutzen, macaronis ont-ils l&rsquo;air si moches ?&nbsp;<\/em>Parce que c&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re fois que je les fais moi-m\u00eame. Je trouve que je les ai bien r\u00e9ussis et qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis impatiente de savoir comment tu vas d\u00e9crire ces macaronis apr\u00e8s les avoir go\u00fbt\u00e9s.
