Les haricots princesse sont encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquants, tandis que la pur\u00e9e est d\u00e9licieusement cr\u00e9meuse. J&rsquo;ai en effet mentionn\u00e9 que dans cette salade de haricots verts, il y a aussi beaucoup d&rsquo;herbes fra\u00eeches. Il s&rsquo;agit de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Menthe<\/strong>&nbsp;fra\u00eeche : j&rsquo;opte toujours pour la menthe marocaine douce (supermarch\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coriandre<\/strong>&nbsp;fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persil<\/strong>&nbsp;plat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne hache pas les herbes, j&rsquo;enl\u00e8ve simplement les feuilles des tiges et je les ajoute enti\u00e8res \u00e0 la salade de haricots verts. Je mets les c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts tendres dans la salade, soit coup\u00e9s en deux, soit entiers. Cela d\u00e9pend toujours de leur taille. Tu peux acheter les artichauts en bocal au supermarch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les haricots verts sont cuits bri\u00e8vement afin qu&rsquo;ils restent croquants. Une fois que les herbes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effeuill\u00e9es et que la vinaigrette a \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9lang\u00e9e, les haricots verts encore chauds sont directement plong\u00e9s dans la vinaigrette afin qu&rsquo;ils puissent s&rsquo;y infuser. Ensuite, tu peux ajouter directement les herbes et l&rsquo;artichaut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-lit-cremeux-de-la-salade-de-haricots\">Le lit cr\u00e9meux de la salade de haricots<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pur\u00e9e de haricots est vraiment tr\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.
