J&rsquo;\u00e9tais tr\u00e8s excit\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de faire ma premi\u00e8re r\u00e9colte. J&rsquo;avais aussi tr\u00e8s envie des fleurs de courgettes, qui permettent de pr\u00e9parer de d\u00e9licieux hors-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre. Mais la raison de mes activit\u00e9s de jardinage \u00e9tait en fait un plat tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cial : des courgettes farcies \u00e0 la sauce tomate.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, je suis encore tr\u00e8s ignorante en mati\u00e8re de jardinage et j&rsquo;avais vraiment peur de confondre les jeunes plants de courgettes avec des mauvaises herbes et de les arracher du sol avant m\u00eame qu&rsquo;ils aient eu la chance de dire \u00ab\u00a0bonjour\u00a0\u00bb au soleil. Et pourtant, je me r\u00e9jouissais d\u00e9j\u00e0 de manger des courgettes farcies.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui ne semblait pas venir au d\u00e9part a fini par surgir de mani\u00e8re incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais absent du jardin pendant deux jours et voil\u00e0 que le troisi\u00e8me jour, \u00ab\u00a0Mu\u00dfa\u00a0\u00bb, la courgette mutante g\u00e9ante, m&rsquo;a accueilli avec un monologue plein d&rsquo;esprit sur les d\u00e9rives de la num\u00e9risation actuelle. Je lui ai parl\u00e9 de mon blog et j&rsquo;ai fini par en faire de d\u00e9licieuses\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/tampon-de-courgette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">galettes de courgettes<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pu r\u00e9colter les courgettes suivantes avant qu&rsquo;elles ne commencent \u00e0 jacasser. Petites et vert clair, elles sont parfaites pour les courgettes farcies. Quand j&rsquo;ai vraiment faim, je me r\u00e9jouis de manger une authentique cuisine maison. Et ces courgettes farcies \u00e0 la sauce tomate avec du hachis, des tomates et du riz sont pour moi la quintessence de la cuisine maison libanaise.<\/p>\n<p data-slot-rendered-content=\"true\">Pour la pr\u00e9paration, je vais te donner une astuce : comme nous ne voulons pas couper la courgette en deux pour gratter la chair, nous devons la faire sortir de la courgette d&rsquo;une autre mani\u00e8re. Pour cela, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe ordinaire est utile. Je coupe g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement le trognon et j&rsquo;ai ainsi une surface de coupe droite directement sur la \u00ab\u00a0t\u00eate\u00a0\u00bb de la courgette. Il suffit alors de piquer le manche de la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe &#8211; m\u00eame plusieurs fois &#8211; et d&rsquo;extraire la chair de la courgette en faisant des mouvements circulaires. Et ensuite ? La farce est pr\u00eate \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<div class=\"mv-ad-box\" data-slotid=\"content_btf\">\n<div class=\"mv-rail-frame-440\" data-slotid=\"content_btf\">\n<div class=\"mv-rail-slide-440 la sauce tomate chaude, parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 la cannelle, \u00e0 la menthe et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail, et qu&rsquo;elles arrivent fumantes sur la table, il n&rsquo;y a plus que des emojis avec des yeux en
