Il y a tellement de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de <strong>p\u00e2te d&rsquo;harissa<\/strong>, et beaucoup ne sont pas assez \u00e9pic\u00e9es pour moi. J&rsquo;aime les choses \u00e9pic\u00e9es et c&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire mes propres p\u00e2tes d&rsquo;\u00e9pices. Vous trouverez ici ma <strong>recette de harissa<\/strong> pour les plats \u00e9pic\u00e9s.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pate-d-harissa-les-ingredients-pour-la-faire-soi-meme\">P\u00e2te d&rsquo;harissa &#8211; Les ingr\u00e9dients pour la faire soi-m\u00eame<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, j&rsquo;utilise <strong>des piments tha\u00eflandais<\/strong> forts pour mon <strong>m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices Harissa<\/strong>. Je n&rsquo;\u00e9p\u00e9pine pas non plus ces petites choses m\u00e9chantes \u00e0 cette fin. C&rsquo;est ce qui rend le piment si fort. Vous pouvez trouver les petits piments tha\u00eflandais s\u00e9ch\u00e9s dans n&rsquo;importe quel supermarch\u00e9 asiatique et souvent aussi au supermarch\u00e9 du coin.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez un piment <em>moyennement fort<\/em> ou m\u00eame <em>doux<\/em>, vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr utiliser une autre vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de piment. Les piments sont une chose. Il existe un nombre incalculable de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s et, en fait, elles ont toutes un go\u00fbt et un <strong>degr\u00e9 de piquant<\/strong> diff\u00e9rents. Vous trouverez un bel aper\u00e7u des principales vari\u00e9t\u00e9s sur <a href=\"https:\/\/pepperworld.com\/chilisorten-ein-erster-uberblick\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pepperworld<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement fait quelques essais et, pour cette <strong>recette d&rsquo;\u00e9pices Harissa<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes sortes de piments afin d&rsquo;en extraire le plus d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes possible. C&rsquo;est pourquoi je suis pass\u00e9 des piments tha\u00eflandais aux piments mexicains : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>11 g <strong>Arbol<\/strong>: a un ar\u00f4me l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9 et est tr\u00e8s piquant<br><strong>Degr\u00e9 de piquant 7<\/strong> (de 1 \u00e0 10)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>32 g <strong>Ancho<\/strong>: a un ar\u00f4me fruit\u00e9, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9 et est plut\u00f4t doux<br><strong>Degr\u00e9 de piquant 2<\/strong> (de 1 \u00e0 10)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>17 g <strong>Pasilla<\/strong>: a un ar\u00f4me fum\u00e9 et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9<br><strong>Niveau de piquant 4<\/strong> (de 1 \u00e0 10)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est le m\u00e9lange de piments avec lequel j&rsquo;ai <strong>fait ma propre harissa<\/strong>. En effet, gr\u00e2ce aux diff\u00e9rentes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s, la p\u00e2te de piment n&rsquo;est pas simplement piquante, mais elle a \u00e9galement une note <strong>fruit\u00e9e et fum\u00e9e<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices pour harissa n&rsquo;est pas seulement une question de piquant, mais aussi de nombreux <strong>ar\u00f4mes<\/strong> qui se d\u00e9veloppent pendant la cuisson. Dans la cuisine libanaise, la nourriture est souvent parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de rose et donne justement \u00e0 la harissa une note florale douce tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9ciale et inattendue si vous ajoutez quelques gouttes \u00e0 la p\u00e2te &#8211; n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;essayer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-sa-propre-harissa-2-etapes-pour-obtenir-une-pate-d-epices-piquante\">Faire sa propre harissa &#8211; 2 \u00e9tapes pour obtenir une p\u00e2te d&rsquo;\u00e9pices piquante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La harissa n&rsquo;est pas utilis\u00e9e pour rendre la nourriture aussi \u00e9pic\u00e9e que possible, mais pour apporter une touche particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la bouche et rehausser le go\u00fbt du plat. C&rsquo;est pourquoi je n&rsquo;utiliserais pas la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;harissa pour tremper &#8211; plut\u00f4t pour relever une <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/feta-dip-%c3%a0-la-courge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">trempette<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voici comment \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;harissa :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faites tremper les piments, pressez le citron et \u00e9pluchez l&rsquo;ail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9duisez en pur\u00e9e tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;\u00e9pices dans un robot m\u00e9nager.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela semble tr\u00e8s simple, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? Vous devriez donc vous lancer dans la fabrication de votre propre m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices Harissa. Portez <strong>des gants<\/strong> et faites attention \u00e0 <strong>ne pas<\/strong> prendre la vapeur d&rsquo;eau du piment dans les yeux ou \u00e0 ne pas l&rsquo;inhaler.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous souhaite une bonne pr\u00e9paration.
