Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;un petit-d\u00e9jeuner super cheesy ou d&rsquo;un snack consistant pour calmer la faim, le Grilled Cheese Sandwich avec Za&rsquo;atar est le parfait allrounder. M\u00eame le plus f\u00e9roce des monstres n&rsquo;a aucune chance ! Qui peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la chaleur, \u00e0 la saveur et au fromage ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le pouvoir des fils de fromage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi simple que soit cette recette, le pouvoir des fils de fromage nous envo\u00fbte rapidement. Ma\u00eetre Yoda le savait d\u00e9j\u00e0, je le jure ! Pour le Grilled Cheese Sandwich, il faut donc absolument utiliser un fromage qui fond bien. Je te recommande vivement le fromage turc Kashkaval, mais un bon gouda ou une bonne mozzarella feront tout aussi bien l&rsquo;affaire. Il suffit de le r\u00e2per rapidement et de le mettre sur le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a>. Ensuite, ajoute une bonne pinc\u00e9e de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m%C3%AAme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&rsquo;atar<\/a>&nbsp;pour aromatiser le tout et un petit filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pour le rendre encore plus juteux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sandwich au fromage grill\u00e9 et au za&rsquo;atar se pr\u00e9pare de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans un grill de contact, le pain re\u00e7oit alors une bonne chaleur des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s et devient bien croustillant. Si tu n&rsquo;en as pas, tu peux bien s\u00fbr faire griller cette merveille des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s dans une po\u00eale, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit fondu et forme de beaux fils. Cela ne prend pas plus de cinq minutes et tout est pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, c&rsquo;est toujours le plus grand moment lorsque je tiens le Grilled Cheese Sandwich dans ma main, que je le d\u00e9chire et que les fils de fromage s&rsquo;\u00e9tirent. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que je suis hypnotis\u00e9 et que je tombe dans l&rsquo;ivresse. Croustillant, juteux et tout simplement d\u00e9licieux ! Je te conseille de servir des l\u00e9gumes croquants marin\u00e9s avec le fromage.
