Ce plat est vraiment&nbsp;<strong>rapide et facile<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et me laisse toujours une sensation agr\u00e9able dans l&rsquo;estomac. C&rsquo;est parfait pour un d\u00e9jeuner rapide ou le soir apr\u00e8s le travail. J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mang\u00e9 ces p\u00e2tes chez des amis et les l\u00e9gumes qui les accompagnaient venaient directement de leur jardin. Cela a rendu ces&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la ratatouille<\/strong>&nbsp;vraiment sp\u00e9ciales pour moi. Voici donc la recette pour toi aussi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nouilles-aux-legumes-rapides-et-faciles-a-faire\">Nouilles aux l\u00e9gumes : rapides et faciles \u00e0 faire !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ces p\u00e2tes aux l\u00e9gumes, tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de beaucoup de temps ni de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients. Pour les l\u00e9gumes, j&rsquo;ai choisi des&nbsp;<strong>aubergines<\/strong>, des&nbsp;<strong>courgettes<\/strong>, des&nbsp;<strong>tomates<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>des poivrons<\/strong>, de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s classique, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;une ratatouille. Mais si tu le souhaites, tu peux bien s\u00fbr varier et regarder ce qui est de saison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour compl\u00e9ter les p\u00e2tes aux l\u00e9gumes, il faut aussi ajouter des&nbsp;<strong>olives<\/strong>&nbsp;vraiment aromatiques. J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour des olives Kalamata, car elles ont un go\u00fbt bien prononc\u00e9 et restent toujours fermes. Mais tu peux bien s\u00fbr utiliser d&rsquo;autres olives. Elles doivent cependant \u00eatre d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es pour que tu n&rsquo;aies pas trop de travail avec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux ensuite couper les l\u00e9gumes en cubes et les faire revenir dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec l&rsquo;ail. Les tomates rendent le tout bien juteux. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je commence par les l\u00e9gumes et je fais cuire les p\u00e2tes en m\u00eame temps. Je peux alors prendre directement une louche d&rsquo;eau de cuisson pour arrondir un peu les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand les p\u00e2tes sont pr\u00eates, je les ajoute directement aux l\u00e9gumes et je m\u00e9lange le tout. Il est important que les p\u00e2tes infusent bri\u00e8vement avec les l\u00e9gumes et le bouillon pour que tout se m\u00e9lange bien. Tu peux ensuite ajouter en option un peu de parmesan et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame quelques flocons de piment par-dessus, et tes d\u00e9licieuses p\u00e2tes aux l\u00e9gumes sont pr\u00eates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-parfait-meme-le-lendemain\">Parfait m\u00eame le lendemain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S&rsquo;il reste quelque chose, tu peux bien s\u00fbr l&#8217;emporter au travail comme d\u00e9jeuner rapide pour le lendemain ou bien en faire un gratin : il suffit de mettre les p\u00e2tes restantes avec les l\u00e9gumes dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, de mettre du fromage par-dessus et de mettre le tout au four !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu as vraiment envie de p\u00e2tes, je peux te conseiller les recettes suivantes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul p\u00e2tes avec une d\u00e9licieuse sauce aux poivrons et aux noix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e2tes&nbsp;<a
