Si tu aimes les grillades savoureuses, les notes fum\u00e9es et les ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s, cette salade Freekeh aux l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s est faite pour toi ! Peut-\u00eatre, euh&#8230;., laisseras-tu m\u00eame ta viande grill\u00e9e pour cela ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Freekeh : Bais\u00e9 par le feu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0, je me suis bien avanc\u00e9, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? Laisser la viande sur le gril et tout le tralala (Veggie BBQ for life !). Tu n&rsquo;es pas oblig\u00e9, bien s\u00fbr. Mais d\u00e8s que tu auras go\u00fbt\u00e9 la salade Freekeh, tu comprendras peut-\u00eatre pourquoi j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 si provocante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu ne connais pas encore le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/freekeh-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">freekeh<\/a>: C&rsquo;est un bl\u00e9 que l&rsquo;on r\u00e9colte encore immature (donc encore vert derri\u00e8re les oreilles) et que l&rsquo;on fait griller directement. Les fans de Game of Thrones diront maintenant qu&rsquo;il est \u00ab\u00a0embrass\u00e9 par le feu\u00a0\u00bb. Toute l&rsquo;histoire de Freekeh est en fait n\u00e9e d&rsquo;une v\u00e9ritable trag\u00e9die, lorsqu&rsquo;il y a des dizaines de milliers d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es, un village attaqu\u00e9 a voulu sauver rapidement son bl\u00e9 et l&rsquo;a r\u00e9colt\u00e9 immature comme il l&rsquo;\u00e9tait. Le bl\u00e9 a pris feu dans une grange pendant l&rsquo;attaque (c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on dit, je n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas l\u00e0). Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;extinction de tous les incendies que les habitants du village ont frott\u00e9 le bl\u00e9 dans leurs mains pour en retirer l&rsquo;ivraie et voir s&rsquo;il \u00e9tait encore consommable. Le nom Freekeh vient du mot arabe signifiant \u00ab\u00a0frotter\u00a0\u00bb (firik).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce processus, le bl\u00e9 ne se conserve pas seulement, mais il est aussi tr\u00e8s riche en nutriments &#8211; r\u00e9colt\u00e9 vert signifie aussi que la plupart des nutriments sont encore pr\u00e9sents. Je dis juste : pr\u00e8s de 15 g de prot\u00e9ines pour 100 g de freekeh &#8211; ta boisson prot\u00e9in\u00e9e n&rsquo;en vaut pas la peine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Super aliment, super salade !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La consistance du freekeh ressemble d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e0 celle de l&rsquo;\u00e9peautre vert ou du riz sauvage, mais au niveau du go\u00fbt, des ar\u00f4mes vraiment fum\u00e9s et savoureux explosent dans ta bouche. L&rsquo;ennui n&rsquo;est donc pas de mise ici ! Tu devines peut-\u00eatre maintenant pourquoi nous nous approchons d&rsquo;un v\u00e9ritable point fort de la salade grill\u00e9e. Le freekeh est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tellement riche en saveurs et en ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;accorde parfaitement avec les l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s. J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 ici pour des poivrons, des courgettes et des aubergines. Mais tu peux bien s\u00fbr laisser libre cours \u00e0 ton imagination et \u00e0 ta cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Le persil hach\u00e9 et la menthe rafra\u00eechissent encore un peu plus cette salade sal\u00e9e et grossi\u00e8re. Et pour une belle acidit\u00e9 \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, nous avons directement recours \u00e0 quatre moyens aromatiques : La feta, le jus de citron, les graines de grenade et <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sumac-racine-de-table-du-levant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le sumac<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette salade est fantastique avec du poisson grill\u00e9, de la viande ou de l&rsquo;halloumi &#8211; ou tout simplement \u00e0 volont\u00e9 \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2
