Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de pide <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pide-aux-\u00e9pinards-et-\u00e0-la-feta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta<\/a>, au fromage ou au fromage et au sucuk, je pourrais vraiment manger ces d\u00e9licieux bateaux de p\u00e2te en permanence ! J&rsquo;ai mis au point ce <strong>pide \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine<\/strong> et \u00e0 la sauce tahini cr\u00e9meuse l&rsquo;autre jour, alors qu&rsquo;il me restait une aubergine grill\u00e9e. Et ma foi, le r\u00e9sultat est vraiment grandiose !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pide-inspire-du-baba-ghanoush\">Pide &#8211; inspir\u00e9 du baba ghanoush<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceux qui connaissent mon blog depuis un certain temps savent que la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;aubergine <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/baba-ghanoush-cr\u00e8me-d'aubergines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a> fait partie de mes favoris absolus. L&rsquo;autre jour, j&rsquo;ai pris la recette et j&rsquo;ai fait <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/p\u00e2tes-d'aubergines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des p\u00e2tes<\/a> vraiment d\u00e9licieuses &#8211; tout simplement superbes ! Et maintenant, le baba ghanoush m&rsquo;a aussi inspir\u00e9 ce d\u00e9licieux pide \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour tous ceux qui ne connaissent pas encore les pides : Les pides sont constitu\u00e9s d&rsquo;une <strong>p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e<\/strong> moelleuse sur laquelle <strong>est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e une garniture au choix<\/strong>. La p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la forme d&rsquo;un bateau et maintient ainsi parfaitement la garniture au milieu. Le principe est en fait tr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 celui de la pizza, mais sous une autre forme et dans un autre univers aromatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon, revenons \u00e0 la pide \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine : ici, j&rsquo;ai simplement pris la <strong>p\u00e2te \u00e0 pide<\/strong> et pos\u00e9 dessus une aubergine cuite au four \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. J&rsquo;ai bien s\u00fbr \u00e9pluch\u00e9 l&rsquo;aubergine apr\u00e8s la cuisson. Pour ce faire, tu dois laisser refroidir l&rsquo;aubergine quelques instants, puis tu peux pincer la peau directement au niveau du tronc et l&rsquo;enlever. Ensuite, tu coupes le trognon et tu poses toute la chair sur la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;aubergine est d&rsquo;ailleurs encore meilleure lorsqu&rsquo;elle est grill\u00e9e \u00e0 feu vif. Elle cuit alors plus rapidement et prend en outre une d\u00e9licieuse note fum\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que la chair de l&rsquo;aubergine est pos\u00e9e sur la p\u00e2te, il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 lui donner la forme d&rsquo;un bateau. Pour cela, il suffit de rabattre les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, de les presser tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et de bien fermer les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s ensemble pour que le pide ne perde pas sa forme lors de la cuisson. Le tout peut ensuite \u00eatre enfourn\u00e9 et cuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-nappage-sauce-tahini-et-graines-de-grenade\">Le nappage : sauce tahini et graines de grenade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que le pide \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine cuit au four, la sauce tahini peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e. Pour cela, tu n&rsquo;as besoin que de<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tahini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jus de citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un peu d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La sauce est vraiment tr\u00e8s rapide et facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Tu trouveras la recette exacte soit dans la fiche recette ci-dessous, soit <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sauce-tahini-la-recette-de-base\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s que le pide est sorti du four, tu peux le saupoudrer d&rsquo;un peu de sel et de poivre, le napper de sauce tahini et le garnir de quelques graines de grenade. Celles-ci sont non seulement jolies, mais elles conf\u00e8rent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la pide \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine une belle douceur acidul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te souhaite d\u00e9j\u00e0
