Et lorsque je me suis retrouv\u00e9e au rayon \u00e9picerie fine du supermarch\u00e9 l&rsquo;autre jour et que j&rsquo;ai vu toutes les petites conserves et les petits pots, j&rsquo;ai imm\u00e9diatement achet\u00e9 tous les ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires pour faire des feuilles de vigne farcies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous y sommes enfin et j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 cette fantastique <strong>recette de feuilles de vigne farcies<\/strong>, un classique de la cuisine levantine ! Un composant parfait pour tous les <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/?taxonomy=wprm_course&amp;term=mezze\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mezz\u00e9s<\/a>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredients-pour-les-feuilles-de-vigne-farcies\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour les feuilles de vigne farcies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, il n&rsquo;est pas difficile de <strong>r\u00e9aliser soi-m\u00eame<\/strong> des <strong>feuilles de vigne farcies<\/strong>. En effet, pour les feuilles de vigne farcies au riz, vous avez besoin de :  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Feuilles de vigne marin\u00e9es en saumure :<\/strong> vous pouvez les acheter en bocal ou sous emballage. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser des feuilles fra\u00eeches si vous en avez dans votre jardin. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Riz :<\/strong> pour cette <strong>recette de feuilles de vigne<\/strong>, vous avez besoin de riz \u00e0 grain rond.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00e9gumes :<\/strong> la tomate charnue et les oignons de printemps donnent du go\u00fbt. La cannelle apporte une touche de Levante au plat. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&rsquo;olive :<\/strong> elle entre dans presque toutes les recettes. C&rsquo;est pourquoi vous devriez avoir une bonne et grande bouteille dans votre cuisine. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jus de citron :<\/strong> fra\u00eechement press\u00e9, s&rsquo;il vous pla\u00eet. L&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 fait ressortir le go\u00fbt des feuilles de vigne. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ingr\u00e9dients des feuilles de vigne farcies ne sont donc pas extravagants, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception peut-\u00eatre des feuilles de vigne. Mais vous pouvez d\u00e9sormais les trouver dans un supermarch\u00e9 bien achaland\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparation-de-feuilles-de-vigne-farcies\">Pr\u00e9paration de Feuilles de vigne farcies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai fait moi-m\u00eame les feuilles de vigne farcies, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais un peu impatient. Il est m\u00eame pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les laver et de les plonger bri\u00e8vement dans l&rsquo;eau. La <strong>raison en est que<\/strong> les feuilles de vigne sont conserv\u00e9es dans du sel, ce qui les rend naturellement brutalement sal\u00e9es. Le lavage r\u00e9duit la teneur en sel.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il suffit ensuite <strong>de<\/strong> d\u00e9poser la <strong>farce<\/strong> sur une feuille de vigne et de l&rsquo;enrouler. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait plus de farce ou plus de feuille de vigne. Bien s\u00fbr, cela ne se fait pas en cinq minutes, alors prenez un peu de temps, \u00e9coutez un podcast ou un livre audio et terminez de rouler les feuilles de vigne.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avant que les feuilles de vigne farcies n&rsquo;atterrissent dans la casserole, le fond de celle-ci est d&rsquo;abord recouvert de <strong>rondelles de pommes de terre<\/strong>. Les rondelles prot\u00e8gent les rouleaux d&rsquo;une chaleur excessive. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas question qu&rsquo;elles collent. Les rondelles de pommes de terre sont d&rsquo;ailleurs tr\u00e8s savoureuses, car elles absorbent tous les ar\u00f4mes.     <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Et lorsque vous avez enroul\u00e9 les feuilles de vigne et que vous voulez enfin les faire cuire, vous devez absolument leur laisser leur <strong>temps de cuisson de 50 minutes<\/strong> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles aient une bonne consistance. Car c&rsquo;est lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont tendres qu&rsquo;elles sont les plus savoureuses. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas, cela peut sembler beaucoup au d\u00e9but, mais c&rsquo;est vraiment tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.
