L&rsquo;autre jour encore, j&rsquo;ai eu droit \u00e0 trois versions : Une avec du curry (bien s\u00fbr), une avec beaucoup d&rsquo;ail et une avec de la mayonnaise. Toutes \u00e9taient d\u00e9licieuses et chaque dip avait son propre caract\u00e8re. Il \u00e9tait donc grand temps pour moi de mettre au point ma propre trempette aux dattes. Et celle-ci se pr\u00e9sente avec&nbsp;<strong>du fromage frais et de la feta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doux et savoureux \u00e0 la fois<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, une trempette aux dattes est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e pour son go\u00fbt, car elle combine parfaitement le sucr\u00e9 et le sal\u00e9. Mais je peux aussi imaginer que sa pr\u00e9paration contribue aussi \u00e0 sa popularit\u00e9 : Le dip aux dattes est vraiment&nbsp;<strong>rapide et facile<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, tu n&rsquo;as besoin que de peu d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Les dattes<\/strong>&nbsp;sont les meilleures : N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 prendre des dattes molles, car elles sont plus faciles \u00e0 mixer. De plus, elles doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage frais<\/strong>: cela rend la trempette aux dattes d\u00e9licieusement fra\u00eeche et cr\u00e9meuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Feta<\/strong>: La feta, c&rsquo;est toujours bon ! Mais ce d\u00e9licieux fromage blanc apporte aussi une belle note d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 \u00e0 la trempette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ail<\/strong>: ici, je n&rsquo;utilise qu&rsquo;une demi-gousse. Mais tu peux en utiliser plus si tu le souhaites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chili<\/strong>: j&rsquo;aime bien les choses \u00e9pic\u00e9es ! Mais bien s\u00fbr, on n&rsquo;ajoute ici qu&rsquo;une petite pinc\u00e9e de piment dans la sauce. Nous voulons aussi pouvoir go\u00fbter les autres ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sel, poivre<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu trouveras les quantit\u00e9s exactes pour le dip aux dattes plus loin dans la fiche recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9parer facilement une trempette aux dattes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s t&rsquo;\u00eatre procur\u00e9 les ingr\u00e9dients pour le dip aux dattes, il faut passer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Il te suffit de r\u00e9duire tous les ingr\u00e9dients en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un&nbsp;<strong>mixeur plongeant<\/strong>&nbsp;ou du&nbsp;<strong>Thermomix<\/strong>, puis de saler et de poivrer. C&rsquo;est tout et ton dip est pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9gust\u00e9. La recette de dip aux dattes avec du fromage frais et de la feta convient donc aussi bien pour le Thermomix que pour un mixeur plongeant classique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu le souhaites, tu peux bien s\u00fbr ajouter un peu de texture \u00e0 la trempette aux dattes. Pour cela, il te suffit de prendre une ou deux dattes et un peu de feta et de hacher les dattes et d&rsquo;\u00e9mietter la feta \u00e0 la main. Il suffit ensuite de l&rsquo;ajouter au reste de la sauce pour obtenir un peu plus de texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dip aux dattes avec du fromage frais et de la feta est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Si tu le souhaites, tu peux tout simplement pr\u00e9parer le dip la veille et le conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tu en aies besoin.
