En tout cas, presque tout ce qui a trait \u00e0 la p\u00e2te en fait partie. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les d\u00e9licieux&nbsp;<strong>pides<\/strong>&nbsp;(pour moi, toujours au pluriel !), qui peuvent \u00eatre garnis de toutes sortes de d\u00e9lices. C&rsquo;est le cas des&nbsp;<strong>pides aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta<\/strong>. Bien s\u00fbr, j&rsquo;ai aussi une recette simple pour toi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le pide ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pides sont une d\u00e9licieuse combinaison de p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e moelleuse et d&rsquo;une d\u00e9licieuse garniture. \u00c7a ressemble un peu \u00e0 une pizza, non ? L&rsquo;une des diff\u00e9rences les plus \u00e9videntes entre le pide et la pizza est la forme. Alors que les pizzas sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement rondes, ces variantes bien connues en Turquie ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une forme de bateau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je trouve cette forme super pratique, car le bord entoure la garniture et la pide se mange alors parfaitement \u00e0 la main. Mes morceaux pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s sont toujours les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. Tu peux vraiment garnir les pides de tout ce que tu veux. L&rsquo;une de mes versions pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es est la pide aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La p\u00e2te : rapide et facile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En principe, la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pide est une p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e tr\u00e8s simple. Mais je voulais vraiment perfectionner la p\u00e2te et je me suis mise \u00e0 la tester. J&rsquo;ai donc essay\u00e9 la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du lait et m\u00eame du yaourt, et j&rsquo;ai obtenu des r\u00e9sultats diff\u00e9rents \u00e0 chaque fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 la p\u00e2te au lait, que tu trouveras \u00e9galement dans la fiche recette. Elle \u00e9tait tout simplement la plus moelleuse. Si tu es intol\u00e9rant au lactose ou si tu as une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne, tu peux aussi utiliser la p\u00e2te du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a>&nbsp;ou remplacer le lait entier par une alternative v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ma p\u00e2te \u00e0 pide, il te faut<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farine : utilise le&nbsp;<strong>type 550<\/strong>&nbsp;pour la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Levure s\u00e8che<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lait entier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note que tu trouveras les quantit\u00e9s exactes en bas de la fiche de recette. Comme c&rsquo;est le cas pour toute p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e, la p\u00e2te doit d&rsquo;abord \u00eatre laiss\u00e9e \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante apr\u00e8s le p\u00e9trissage. La levure fait alors son travail et la p\u00e2te gonfle. Pendant ce temps, tu peux t&rsquo;occuper de la garniture en toute tranquillit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9pinards et feta : une combinaison parfaite !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier pide que j&rsquo;ai jamais fait moi-m\u00eame est le pide aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta. Je c\u00e9l\u00e8bre d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup cette combinaison dans les petits&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/chaussons-aux-%C3%A9pinards-fatayer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chaussons aux \u00e9pinards<\/a>, mais ici, il y en a directement une plus grande fourn\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu r\u00e9alises la garniture tr\u00e8s&nbsp;<strong>rapidement et facilement<\/strong>&nbsp;avec quelques ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Epinards, surgel\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sumac-racine-de-table-du-levant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sumac<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration de la garniture pour les pides aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple : il suffit d&rsquo;\u00e9mietter le tout et c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat. Bien s\u00fbr, tu dois d&rsquo;abord hacher finement l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail. Mais tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de faire revenir quoi que ce soit, le four est suffisamment chaud pour que tout soit cuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu t&rsquo;es demand\u00e9 ce qu&rsquo;\u00e9tait le sumac en lisant les ingr\u00e9dients, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00e9pice de vinaigre au go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9 et \u00e2pre. Tu peux trouver le sumac dans les supermarch\u00e9s orientaux ou en ligne. Dans la fiche recette, j&rsquo;ai mis un lien vers mon sumac pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Si tu n&rsquo;aimes pas le sumac, tu peux aussi ajouter quelques cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de jus de citron \u00e0 la place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Former et cuire le pide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je l&rsquo;avoue : mon premier pide aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta ne ressemblait pas \u00e0 la photo. Elle \u00e9tait excellente au niveau du go\u00fbt et on savait de quoi il s&rsquo;agissait, mais la premi\u00e8re n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas parfaite. Mais ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il suffit de diviser la p\u00e2te et de l&rsquo;\u00e9taler en longueur \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Ensuite, tu mets simplement la farce dessus et tu laisses un peu d&rsquo;espace sur tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour pouvoir les rabattre plus tard. Et c&rsquo;est justement en la rabattant que j&rsquo;ai eu un peu de mal &#8211; j&rsquo;ai simplement press\u00e9 les c\u00f4t\u00e9s tr\u00e8s fort. Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, il suffit de replier les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et de bien presser les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le bateau se rejoint. C&rsquo;est seulement ici que la p\u00e2te doit vraiment bien tenir, sinon le pide va gonfler \u00e0 la cuisson et ne gardera pas sa forme. C&rsquo;est tout ! Ensuite, la pide aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta peut \u00eatre mise au four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C environ. Si tu as une pierre \u00e0 pizza, tu peux bien s\u00fbr l&rsquo;utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9parer, congeler et grignoter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, tu peux tr\u00e8s bien pr\u00e9parer les pides \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance et les faire cuire quand tu as faim ou quand tes invit\u00e9s sont l\u00e0. Il suffit de pr\u00e9parer la garniture et la p\u00e2te et, quand le moment est venu, de former le pide et de le faire cuire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&rsquo;il te reste quelque chose ou si tu veux pr\u00e9parer des pides pour les jours de paresse de telle sorte que tu n&rsquo;aies plus rien \u00e0 faire, tu peux pr\u00e9cuire les pides et les laisser refroidir. Tu peux ensuite la mettre au cong\u00e9lateur. Elle s&rsquo;y conserve jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 six mois. Une fois congel\u00e9, le pide peut \u00eatre cuit au four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, j&rsquo;aime que mes pides aux \u00e9pinards et \u00e0 la feta soient vraiment frais &#8211; il n&rsquo;y a jamais de restes. J&rsquo;aimerais aussi te conseiller de servir des quartiers de citron avec cette variation de pide. Il suffit de presser quelques gouttes de jus de citron directement sur la p\u00e2te et de la d\u00e9guster &#8211; c&rsquo;est divin !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0
