Tendre, juteux, frais et croquant. Yummie, yummie, boum, boum ! Eh bien, que puis-je dire ? Parfois, mon cerveau s&#8217;emballe et je ne sais plus ce que je voulais \u00e9crire. Le vide total dans ma t\u00eate &#8211; je ne pense qu&rsquo;\u00e0 manger. Comment pourrait-il en \u00eatre autrement quand on a encore cette salade de poulet za&rsquo;atar sur le bout de la langue ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-art-de-peter-les-plombs-pour-une-salade\">L&rsquo;art de p\u00e9ter les plombs pour une salade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 dit, j&rsquo;ai un peu de mal \u00e0 r\u00e9diger ce texte. Pour t&rsquo;expliquer \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s ce que cela signifie, il faut que tu t&rsquo;imagines la production d&rsquo;une telle recette \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s comme suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout \u00e0 fait insouciante, je suis en train de pr\u00e9parer mon d\u00e9jeuner et soudain, cette id\u00e9e se glisse dans ma conscience. \u00ab\u00a0Salade, Za&rsquo;atar, Tendre poitrine de poulet\u00a0\u00bb. Hum&#8230; \u00e7a a l&rsquo;air plut\u00f4t sympa&#8230; \u00ab\u00a0SALAAAT, ZAAA&rsquo;ATARRRR, CHICKEEN !!!\u00a0\u00bb Bon, il faut que je note \u00e7a. \u00ab\u00a0HUNGA esp\u00e8ce de singe !\u00a0\u00bb Bon, je dois vite me pr\u00e9parer quelque chose \u00e0 manger. \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9CRIS \u00c7A MAINTENANT, SINON TU VAS ENCORE L&rsquo;OUBLIER!!!111 !!\u00a0\u00bb Je suis en train d&rsquo;\u00e9crire, bon sang !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La mise en \u0153uvre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, je note les composants que je veux utiliser pour la recette. Ensuite, je vais acheter les ingr\u00e9dients, je pr\u00e9pare le tout et je teste si cela fonctionne bien et si c&rsquo;est bon. Ensuite, je passe \u00e0 la photo, puis au post-traitement, et enfin j&rsquo;\u00e9cris le texte correspondant. Cela ne doit pas toujours se faire le m\u00eame jour. Mais cela doit se faire rapidement, pour que mes papilles gustatives se souviennent encore tr\u00e8s fra\u00eechement du plat. Parfois, le souvenir est si frais que mon estomac provoque mon cerveau, qui devient alors m\u00e9chant et se fait \u00e0 nouveau entendre \u00ab\u00a0HUNGA TU OPFA!!!11 !!\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le p\u00e9tage de plomb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis donc assise \u00e0 mon bureau et j&rsquo;essaie d&rsquo;\u00e9crire un texte sur cette fantastique salade croquante accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;un poulet incroyablement juteux marin\u00e9 au za&rsquo;atar, et je ne pense qu&rsquo;\u00e0 une chose : il faut absolument que je l&rsquo;aie tout de suite et sur le champ, ou alors je mords le clavier. Je n&rsquo;ai pas mordu le clavier, mais le bras de ma coll\u00e8gue Lara. Cela n&rsquo;a pas forc\u00e9ment aid\u00e9. Mais le texte est maintenant l\u00e0. Et la salade au poulet za&rsquo;atar aussi.
