D\u00e8s que la saison commence, on ne se contente pas de faire des <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/confiture-d'abricots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">confitures<\/a> vraiment d\u00e9licieuses, on les cuisine aussi, bien s\u00fbr ! Pour moi, il n&rsquo;y a rien de mieux qu&rsquo;un d\u00e9licieux <strong>g\u00e2teau aux abricots<\/strong> cuit sur la plaque ! C&rsquo;est <strong>rapide et facile<\/strong>, et je peux m\u00eame utiliser la confiture que j&rsquo;ai mise en conserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un g\u00e2teau sur plaque bien moelleux !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon g\u00e2teau aux abricots a une base vraiment incroyablement juteuse, compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;une <strong>p\u00e2te battue<\/strong> simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et d&rsquo;une d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e8me \u00e0 base de mascarpone et de fromage blanc maigre sur le dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux facilement pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te en m\u00e9langeant les ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>citron (bio)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beurre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extrait de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0152ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farine de bl\u00e9 de type 405<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poudre \u00e0 lever<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coco r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lait<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme tu le vois, j&rsquo;aime ajouter une bonne dose <strong>de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/strong> \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. J&rsquo;aime la texture de ces petits copeaux dans le g\u00e2teau et ils apportent en outre une bonne dose de go\u00fbt. Il manque bien s\u00fbr encore un ingr\u00e9dient tr\u00e8s important : les abricots <strong>frais<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je coupe les abricots en deux et les d\u00e9noyaute. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9pos\u00e9 la p\u00e2te sur une plaque de cuisson graiss\u00e9e, j&rsquo;enfonce les moiti\u00e9s en douceur. Le g\u00e2teau aux abricots peut ensuite \u00eatre mis au four. L&rsquo;odeur qui se r\u00e9pand alors dans la cuisine et dans le reste de l&rsquo;appartement est divine et j&rsquo;ai toujours h\u00e2te que le g\u00e2teau soit enfin pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les abricots se d\u00e9sagr\u00e8gent tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pendant la cuisson, mais conservent leur forme. En se d\u00e9sagr\u00e9geant, ils lib\u00e8rent leur jus dans le g\u00e2teau aux abricots. Cela le rend d&rsquo;autant plus <strong>juteux<\/strong> et <strong>aromatique<\/strong>. Mais il y a encore mieux : avec une d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e8me !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e8me au mascarpone et au fromage blanc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si je veux manger le g\u00e2teau aux abricots directement apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir sorti de la plaque, il faut bien s\u00fbr le laisser refroidir. Mais pendant ce temps, je peux rapidement pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 base de mascarpone et de s\u00e9r\u00e9 maigre. Pour cela, il te faut<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9r\u00e9 maigre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jus de citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme je l&rsquo;ai dit, la cr\u00e8me est vraiment tr\u00e8s rapide et facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et peut \u00eatre mise bri\u00e8vement au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Mais d\u00e8s que le g\u00e2teau aux abricots est pr\u00eat, c&rsquo;est parti : la cr\u00e8me est vers\u00e9e sur le g\u00e2teau ! Et pour que le tout soit non seulement encore meilleur, mais aussi tr\u00e8s beau, je recouvre la cr\u00e8me de ma confiture d&rsquo;abricots faite maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu le souhaites, tu peux ensuite saupoudrer quelques <strong>pistaches hach\u00e9es<\/strong> sur le g\u00e2teau aux abricots &#8211; mais ce n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire. Je trouve seulement que la couleur verte est vraiment parfaite et que les pistaches compl\u00e8tent le g\u00e2teau aux abricots non seulement sur le plan visuel, mais aussi sur le plan gustatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais peu importe, avec ou sans pistaches : Je suis presque s\u00fbre que <strong>toi<\/strong> aussi, tu as envie de g\u00e2teau !
