Cette p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner sucr\u00e9e n&rsquo;a pas seulement un go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieusement fruit\u00e9 et frais, elle ressemble aussi absolument \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 avec sa couleur jaune dor\u00e9 ! La confiture de fraises est un classique du petit-d\u00e9jeuner, mais que diriez-vous d&rsquo;un peu de changement ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-soi-meme-de-la-confiture-d-abricots\">Faire soi-m\u00eame de la confiture d&rsquo;abricots<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu devrais absolument mettre quelques cuill\u00e8res de confiture d&rsquo;abricot sur ton pain&#8230; ou ton croissant&#8230; ou en ajouter une petite cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 ton yaourt. Il y a tellement de fa\u00e7ons de d\u00e9guster la&nbsp;<strong>confiture d&rsquo;abricots<\/strong>. Avec du fromage frais ou, mieux encore, avec une portion de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Labneh<\/a>&nbsp;cr\u00e9meux sur un petit pain croustillant &#8211; elle est tout simplement divine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de pouvoir d\u00e9guster cette p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner sucr\u00e9e et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement p\u00e9tillante, tu dois d&rsquo;abord la pr\u00e9parer. Ce n&rsquo;est pas aussi compliqu\u00e9 que tu le penses. C&rsquo;est la&nbsp;<strong>cueillette des abricots<\/strong>&nbsp;qui te demande le plus de travail ! Il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;abricotier \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 ? Tu as encore eu de la chance. Comme tu ne peux pas faire autrement, tu peux aller en chercher au march\u00e9 ou au supermarch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque tu es assis devant ton petit seau d&rsquo;abricots frais, tout ce dont tu as besoin, c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;un petit couteau et d&rsquo;un bol pour les fruits jaunes. Laver, couper en deux,&nbsp;<strong>\u00e9p\u00e9piner<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; c&rsquo;est tout ! Tu peux bien s\u00fbr couper les abricots encore plus petits si tu le souhaites. De toute fa\u00e7on, ils se d\u00e9sagr\u00e8gent \u00e0 la cuisson, c&rsquo;est pourquoi il me suffit de les couper en deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire de la confiture d&rsquo;abricots&nbsp;<strong>de mani\u00e8re classique<\/strong>, tu n&rsquo;as besoin que de quelques ingr\u00e9dients. Tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 les abricots :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abricots, frais et d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre g\u00e9lifiant 2:1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Citron, non trait\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence bio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est tout ! C&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;adore faire des confitures &#8211; il suffit d&rsquo;une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients, elles sont pr\u00eates en quelques minutes et tu peux les d\u00e9guster toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Un pot de confiture d&rsquo;abricots est \u00e9galement un bon petit&nbsp;<strong>cadeau<\/strong>. Il suffit de nouer un ruban color\u00e9 autour du petit pot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Affiner la confiture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu trouves que la confiture a encore trop de morceaux apr\u00e8s la&nbsp;<strong>mise en conserve<\/strong>? Tu peux alors la r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un mixeur-plongeur. Et si tu veux qu&rsquo;elle soit vraiment velout\u00e9e, passe-la ensuite au tamis. Mais en fait, il suffit de r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n&rsquo;y a pas que la consistance qui peut \u00eatre vari\u00e9e, mais aussi les ingr\u00e9dients.
