Le pois chiche se dit en arabe <strong><em>houmous<\/em><\/strong>. C&rsquo;est de l\u00e0 que vient le nom de cette <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/hummus-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e8me<\/a>. Mais ici, nous ne transformons pas les bonnes <strong>l\u00e9gumineuses<\/strong> en divinit\u00e9 cr\u00e9meuse, nous les laissons enti\u00e8res et les recouvrons d&rsquo;une d\u00e9licieuse sauce \u00e0 base de <strong>tahini<\/strong> et <strong>de yaourt<\/strong> et les d\u00e9posons sur <strong>du pain<\/strong> croustillant.     <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plum\u00e9, pas coup\u00e9 !<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Le fatteh<\/strong> est un plat traditionnellement servi au petit-d\u00e9jeuner (tardif). Il existe plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de pr\u00e9parer le fatteh, par exemple avec <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/aubergines-fatteh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de l&rsquo;aubergine frite<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fricass%c3%a9e-de-poulet-%c3%a0-la-libanaise-fatteh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du poulet<\/a>. Le houmous fatteh est la <strong>variante de base<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Le nom vient du mot arabe signifiant plumer ou d\u00e9chirer. Il d\u00e9signe le fait de <strong>plumer<\/strong> le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a> qui sert de base \u00e0 ce d\u00e9licieux plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter <strong>des pignons de pin<\/strong> grill\u00e9s au beurre.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Personnellement, je fais griller les graines jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles deviennent un peu plus fonc\u00e9es et que le beurre soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement brun. Pour finir, j&rsquo;ajoute <strong>du persil<\/strong> fra\u00eechement hach\u00e9, un peu <strong>de menthe s\u00e9ch\u00e9e<\/strong> et <strong>du paprika en poudre<\/strong> sur le dessus.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas les plats sal\u00e9s au petit-d\u00e9jeuner, le houmous fatteh est \u00e9galement parfait pour le <strong>d\u00e9jeuner ou le d\u00eener<\/strong>.
