Le meghli<strong>(<\/strong> prononc\u00e9<strong>mirrleh<\/strong> ) \u00e9tait \u00e9galement servi \u00e0 la naissance de mes fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs. Il y en avait \u00e0 la naissance de ma m\u00e8re, de mon p\u00e8re et de tous les membres de ma famille que je connais, et m\u00eame de ceux que je ne connais pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-du-pudding-de-riz-pour-reprendre-des-forces\">Du pudding de riz pour reprendre des forces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu as probablement d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait la bonne combinaison : chez les Libanais, la <strong>coutume<\/strong> veut qu&rsquo;\u00e0 chaque naissance, on serve ce pudding aromatis\u00e9 \u00e0 la <strong>cannelle<\/strong> et <strong>au Carvi<\/strong>. On ne sert pas seulement du meghli \u00e0 la m\u00e8re, mais aussi un <strong>th\u00e9<\/strong> fort \u00e0 base de Carvi et d&rsquo;un peu de cannelle pour stimuler la production de lait. Il n&rsquo;est plus n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;expliquer \u00e0 personne que les noix et les graines sont tr\u00e8s saines de nos jours &#8211; et ce d\u00e9licieux m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9pices<\/strong> et <strong>d&rsquo;huiles de noix<\/strong> sera, esp\u00e9rons-le, tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l&rsquo;enfant via le lait maternel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-melange-parfait-pour-le-nappage\">Le m\u00e9lange parfait pour le nappage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le nappage du meghli, les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences divergent. Certains aiment leur pudding de riz avec <strong>des amandes<\/strong> et <strong>des noix de cajou<\/strong>, d&rsquo;autres pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent <strong>les flocons de noix de coco<\/strong> et <strong>les pignons de pin<\/strong>. Ma variante est un m\u00e9lange <strong>color\u00e9<\/strong> pour lequel tu as besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coco r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amandes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pignons de pin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pistaches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu fais d&rsquo;abord griller les noix dans une po\u00eale sans mati\u00e8re grasse, le nappage du <strong>dessert libanais<\/strong> aura plus d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais soyons honn\u00eates&#8230; Ce pudding de riz est bien trop d\u00e9licieux pour que tu attendes la naissance de n&rsquo;importe quel enfant pour le pr\u00e9parer. Meghli est tout aussi d\u00e9licieux n&rsquo;importe quel autre jour, alors essayez-le et cr\u00e9ez votre stop pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
