La p\u00e2te forme une mie moelleuse \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et une fine cro\u00fbte \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Es-tu alors, comme moi, assis devant le four \u00e0 regarder le processus de cuisson avec impatience ? Comme l&rsquo;odeur est d\u00e9licieuse, j&rsquo;ai envie de go\u00fbter le&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2tisson<\/strong>&nbsp;d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il sort du four. Mais bien s\u00fbr, elle est \u00e0 chaque fois trop chaude et je me br\u00fble les doigts. Et pourtant, c&rsquo;est un spectacle qui me ravit \u00e0 chaque fois &#8211; c&rsquo;est pourquoi tu devrais absolument&nbsp;<strong>faire du pain pita toi-m\u00eame.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-soi-meme-des-sacs-pita-vegetaliens-rapide-et-facile\">Faire soi-m\u00eame des sacs pita v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens &#8211; rapide et facile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire toi-m\u00eame des pains pita moelleux, tu n&rsquo;as&nbsp;<strong>pas<\/strong>&nbsp;besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients. Et ceux dont tu as besoin sont en plus purement&nbsp;<strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9taux<\/strong>. Ainsi, toute personne qui se nourrit de&nbsp;<strong>mani\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong>&nbsp;peut \u00e9galement remplir un sac \u00e0 pain. Pour la p\u00e2te, tu as besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farine de bl\u00e9 (type 550 ; convient parfaitement pour le pain et les petits pains)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>levure s\u00e8che (tu peux bien s\u00fbr utiliser de la levure fra\u00eeche)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/36Vq6LL\">Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Presque tout le monde a ces&nbsp;<strong>ingr\u00e9dients de base<\/strong>&nbsp;dans son placard et pour les pains pita, ils sont vite r\u00e9unis. Il suffit maintenant de m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients les uns apr\u00e8s les autres. Le plus simple est d&rsquo;utiliser un robot de cuisine et son crochet p\u00e9trisseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme tout le monde ne poss\u00e8de pas de robot de cuisine, tu peux aussi utiliser un mixeur manuel avec crochet p\u00e9trisseur ou bien utiliser directement tes mains. Cela te permettra de&nbsp;<strong>sentir<\/strong>&nbsp;la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain &#8211; elle doit en effet \u00eatre p\u00e9trie pendant quelques minutes et tu remarqueras alors comment elle change de&nbsp;<strong>consistance<\/strong>. La p\u00e2te est assez&nbsp;<strong>humide<\/strong>, mais elle ne devrait&nbsp;<strong>plus<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>coller<\/strong>&nbsp;aux doigts apr\u00e8s le p\u00e9trissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu as donc pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la p\u00e2te en un clin d&rsquo;\u0153il &#8211; laisse-lui maintenant un peu&nbsp;<strong>de temps<\/strong>&nbsp;pour qu&rsquo;elle puisse se d\u00e9velopper. Une fois qu&rsquo;elle a bien lev\u00e9, tu peux continuer \u00e0 la travailler. Pour cela, divise la p\u00e2te en petits p\u00e2tons que tu laisses reposer quelques minutes avant de les abaisser en galettes rondes ou ovales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au four, les pains pita ne prennent que quelques minutes.&nbsp;<strong>Important<\/strong>: chauffe bien le four ! Tu peux ensuite t&rsquo;asseoir devant le four et regarder la cuisson des sacs \u00e0 pita &#8211; car la p\u00e2te se&nbsp;<strong>gonfle<\/strong>&nbsp;lentement. C&rsquo;est un beau spectacle et \u00e7a sent tellement bon partout !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Farce pour pita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est \u00e0 toi de d\u00e9cider de quoi tu veux remplir ton sac pita. Tu peux la tartiner de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">houmous<\/a>&nbsp;cr\u00e9meux ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pur%C3%A9e-de-haricots-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de pur\u00e9e de haricots<\/a>, la remplir de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/l%C3%A9gumes-au-four-avec-halloumi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u00e9gumes<\/a>&nbsp;color\u00e9s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/l%C3%A9gumes-au-four-avec-halloumi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">au four et d&rsquo;halloumi<\/a>&nbsp;ou de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/brochettes-de-poulet-shish-taouk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brochettes de poulet<\/a>&nbsp;\u00e9pic\u00e9es. Le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shawarma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shawarma<\/a>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le kafta<\/a>&nbsp;classiques conviennent aussi parfaitement. Ajoute une&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sauce-tahini-la-recette-de-base\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sauce tahini<\/a>&nbsp;aux noix ou tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res les plats \u00e9pic\u00e9s ?
