Mais il n&rsquo;est pas toujours n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;\u00eatre sucr\u00e9, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? Car cette babka savoureuse \u00e0 la feta et au za&rsquo;atar met du piment sur la table. Une cro\u00fbte l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croustillante, une mie moelleuse et une farce aromatique \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de feta &#8211; que veux-tu de plus ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-remplissage\">Le remplissage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La babka est souvent pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec de la confiture, du chocolat ou de la cannelle. En fait, il n&rsquo;y a pas de limite \u00e0 ton imagination en ce qui concerne la garniture. L&rsquo;essentiel est qu&rsquo;elle ne soit pas trop liquide ou que tu en mettes trop. Car ce qui est amusant dans ce g\u00e2teau \u00e0 la levure, outre les tourbillons qui donnent du go\u00fbt, c&rsquo;est la douceur de sa mie. Mais revenons \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me \u00e9pic\u00e9e que tu vas \u00e9taler sur la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e. Elle est \u00e0 base de feta \u00e9pic\u00e9e, de za&rsquo;atar et de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et conserv\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;huile. Encore un peu de sel et de poivre, m\u00e9lange le tout, \u00e9tale sur la p\u00e2te \u00e9tal\u00e9e et saupoudre encore de pignons de pin grill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9pic\u00e9 et moelleux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que la babka savoureuse obtienne son joli tourbillon, tu dois enrouler la p\u00e2te, la diviser en deux brins et les tresser ensemble. Bien s\u00fbr, tu peux aussi t&rsquo;amuser \u00e0 diviser le rouleau de p\u00e2te en plusieurs brins et \u00e0 les tresser. Fais ce qui te pla\u00eet !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la sortie du four, laisse refroidir la tresse \u00e9pic\u00e9e dans le moule pour qu&rsquo;elle ne se casse pas. Ensuite, tu peux couper la babka \u00e0 la feta et au za&rsquo;atar en tranches de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur de ton choix et la d\u00e9guster ! L\u00e9g\u00e8rement croustillante \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, bien moelleuse et \u00e9pic\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur &#8211; c&rsquo;est ainsi que j&rsquo;aime les p\u00e2tisseries ! Et pour qu&rsquo;il en soit exactement ainsi, il te faut un peu de temps. Car la p\u00e2te de ton n\u0153ud de levure aromatique doit lever quelques fois pendant quelques minutes. Une recette parfaite pour le week-end, lorsque la prochaine f\u00eate est pr\u00e9vue ou qu&rsquo;un barbecue est pr\u00e9vu. Car pendant les temps de cuisson, tu peux pr\u00e9parer d&rsquo;autres choses ou tout simplement ne rien faire et te d\u00e9tendre sur le canap\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ma petite astuce secr\u00e8te :<\/strong>&nbsp;la babka \u00e0 la feta et au za&rsquo;atar est encore plus d\u00e9licieuse si tu mets un peu de beurre sur ta tranche. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
