Parfois, cela se fait m\u00eame inconsciemment. C&rsquo;est ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 avec ces d\u00e9licieuses&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2tes Harissa Lemon<\/strong>&nbsp;aux crevettes et aux artichauts. Il se trouve que j&rsquo;avais tous les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 la maison et je me suis lanc\u00e9e. La recette est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple et rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-si-la-vie-te-donne-des-citrons-fais-en-des-pates-au-citron\">Si la vie te donne des citrons, fais-en des p\u00e2tes au citron !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;aime cuisiner spontan\u00e9ment. Tout simplement en suivant mon instinct et en utilisant les ingr\u00e9dients que j&rsquo;ai \u00e0 la maison. Bien s\u00fbr, tout le monde n&rsquo;a pas forc\u00e9ment des&nbsp;<strong>c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>des crevettes<\/strong>&nbsp;sous la main. Mais comme par hasard, j&rsquo;avais encore une bonne portion de ces petits crustac\u00e9s dans le cong\u00e9lateur. Ils ne se conservent pas \u00e9ternellement, il fallait donc les consommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai toujours des c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts conserv\u00e9s dans de l&rsquo;eau dans mon placard. J&rsquo;ai aussi toujours&nbsp;<strong>des citrons<\/strong>&nbsp;et au moins un paquet de&nbsp;<strong>spaghettis<\/strong>. J&rsquo;ai en quelque sorte directement pens\u00e9 \u00e0 des p\u00e2tes au citron &#8211; mais avec un certain twist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;aime les plats \u00e9pic\u00e9s et j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;agr\u00e9menter ce d\u00e9licieux et&nbsp;<strong>simple plat de p\u00e2tes d<\/strong>&nbsp;&lsquo;une bonne dose de<strong>harissa<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-%C3%A0-l'eau-de-rose\/\">&nbsp;<\/a><strong><\/strong>. La harissa est une p\u00e2te \u00e9pic\u00e9e compos\u00e9e de piment, d&rsquo;ail et de quelques \u00e9pices. Tu peux la trouver au rayon \u00e9picerie fine des supermarch\u00e9s, dans les supermarch\u00e9s orientaux ou en ligne. Mais tu peux aussi tr\u00e8s facilement faire ta propre harissa. Je te montre&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-%C3%A0-l'eau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>&nbsp;comment faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les p\u00e2tes Harissa Lemon, tu as besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants. Voici un aper\u00e7u :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spaghetti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crevettes (ou crevettes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts en bocal dans de l&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Citrons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e8me (ou cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parmesan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za&rsquo;atar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme toujours, tu trouveras les quantit\u00e9s et les instructions \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape plus&nbsp;<strong>bas<\/strong>&nbsp;dans la fiche recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-pates-rapides-et-faciles-a-faire\">Les p\u00e2tes : rapides et faciles \u00e0 faire !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les p\u00e2tes Harissa Lemon sont pr\u00eates en 30 minutes environ et sont chaudes et d\u00e9licieuses sur la table. Elles sont parfaites pour&nbsp;<strong>un d\u00e9jeuner rapide<\/strong>&nbsp;ou apr\u00e8s le travail. Pendant que la sauce est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e, l&rsquo;eau des p\u00e2tes peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre chauff\u00e9e et les spaghettis cuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je fais d&rsquo;abord revenir les crevettes dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive directement avec la harissa. Elles absorbent ainsi directement le piquant de la p\u00e2te de piment. Ensuite, j&rsquo;ajoute l&rsquo;ail, qui aromatise l&rsquo;huile et les crevettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, je d\u00e9glace le tout avec du jus de citron, qui s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gne bien et donne son nom aux p\u00e2tes au citron. J&rsquo;aime l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 fra\u00eeche du citron, qui rehausse encore le go\u00fbt des autres ingr\u00e9dients et qui va toujours bien avec le poisson et les fruits de mer. Ensuite, on ajoute les c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts coup\u00e9s en deux, qui se s\u00e9parent partiellement pendant la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rendre les p\u00e2tes Harissa Lemon plus onctueuses, j&rsquo;y ajoute une bonne dose de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, je fais fondre du parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et je r\u00e2pe \u00e9galement le zeste d&rsquo;un citron entier non trait\u00e9 dans la sauce. Assaisonnez avec du sel et du poivre et regardez la sauce bouillonner pendant que les p\u00e2tes cuisent encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je mets les spaghettis dans la sauce directement apr\u00e8s les avoir \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, je m\u00e9lange le tout et je laisse les p\u00e2tes Harissa Lemon reposer pendant environ 3 minutes avant de les servir. Si tu le souhaites, tu peux r\u00e2per encore plus de parmesan sur les p\u00e2tes et saupoudrer une pinc\u00e9e de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m%C3%AAme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&rsquo;atar<\/a>. Le za&rsquo;atar est un d\u00e9licieux m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices compos\u00e9 de thym, de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9 et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sumac-racine-de-table-du-levant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de sumac<\/a>. Tu peux l&rsquo;acheter dans n&rsquo;importe quel bon magasin d&rsquo;\u00e9pices ou en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conseil pour tous ceux qui souhaitent renoncer \u00e0 la viande\/aux produits d&rsquo;origine animale<\/strong>: Les p\u00e2tes fonctionnent aussi parfaitement avec de la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;avoine, par exemple, et tu peux soit laisser tomber les crevettes, soit opter pour des alternatives v\u00e9g\u00e9tales \u00e0 base de soja, par exemple. Tu peux aussi essayer mes d\u00e9licieuses&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/nouilles-aux-l%C3%A9gumes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e2tes aux
