Bon, le l\u00e9gume que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 dans cette recette s&rsquo;appelle catalogna ! Tu trouveras rarement de la catalogna au supermarch\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que peut-on en faire ? La catalogne est d\u00e9licieuse aussi bien crue en salade que saut\u00e9e. Les substances am\u00e8res sont \u00e9galement bonnes pour la digestion. Au Liban, on fait revenir la catalogne \u00e0 la po\u00eale, tandis que des rondelles d&rsquo;oignons caram\u00e9lisent dans une seconde po\u00eale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, tu n&rsquo;as donc pas besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients : De la catalogne, un peu de sirop de grenade, un peu de sel et de poivre, des oignons et de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. C&rsquo;est tout &#8211; et tu l&rsquo;auras sur ta table au plus tard dans une demi-heure. Le plat appel\u00e9&nbsp;<em>Hindbeh<\/em>&nbsp;ne se mange pas avec des couverts &#8211; il est pris, comme souvent chez nous, avec du pain pita. Pour cela, il suffit de d\u00e9chirer un morceau de pain et de l&rsquo;utiliser comme une cuill\u00e8re &#8211; que tu mangeras toutefois avec toi \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La note l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re de la catalogna, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la douceur des oignons, combin\u00e9e au pain pita, attirera certainement \u00e0 ta table bien plus que des
