D&rsquo;une part, il n&rsquo;y a pas de meilleur plat que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harr-usbah-libanesische-fladenbrot-pasta-in-tomatensauce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le Harr Usbah<\/a>&nbsp;pour transformer son vieux pain pita d\u00e9chir\u00e9 en de d\u00e9licieuses&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harr-usbah-libanesische-fladenbrot-pasta-in-tomatensauce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e2tes au pain pita<\/a>. Il suffit de pr\u00e9parer rapidement une sauce tomate fruit\u00e9e et d&rsquo;y incorporer le pain pita d\u00e9chiquet\u00e9. Et voil\u00e0 le bonheur des \u00ab\u00a0p\u00e2tes\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est tellement bon que j&rsquo;y parviens parfois m\u00eame apr\u00e8s une longue nuit de gueule de bois. Oui, j&rsquo;y parviens encore tr\u00e8s bien malgr\u00e9 mon \u00e9tat froiss\u00e9 \ud83d\ude09 Mais heureusement, j&rsquo;ai tr\u00e8s rarement la gueule de bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais parfois, il faut un peu plus que du pain pita \u00e0 la sauce tomate. Un peu plus de puissance ! Un \u0153uf au plat ne serait pas de trop. On en fait souvent chez Harr Usbah. Mais pourquoi devrais-je rincer une deuxi\u00e8me po\u00eale alors que je peux pocher les \u0153ufs directement dans la sauce tomate, comme pour la shakshuka ? Aussit\u00f4t dit, aussit\u00f4t fait &#8211; et le r\u00e9sultat est ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nal !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-naissance-d-un-nouveau-classique\">La naissance d&rsquo;un nouveau classique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e \u00e9tait spontan\u00e9e et si simple, mais le r\u00e9sultat si durable que ma famille a cuisin\u00e9 la shakshuka au pain pita encore et encore. Et le go\u00fbt ? Un peu diff\u00e9rent de la shakshuka normale. Ici, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;ail et la fine menthe s\u00e9ch\u00e9e qui dominent. Tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 le pain directement \u00e0 bord et il ressemble \u00e0 de larges bandes de p\u00e2tes. Si tu rencontres un \u0153uf en le mangeant, que le jaune s&rsquo;\u00e9coule et que tu as tout en une fois sur ta fourchette&#8230; crois-moi, cela te rendra tr\u00e8s heureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai servi la shakshuka au pain pita \u00e0 un ami, il a bri\u00e8vement pens\u00e9 \u00e0 des plaques de lasagnes et m&rsquo;a regard\u00e9 d&rsquo;un air irrit\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce que tu as fait avec les lasagnes ?!?\u00a0\u00bb Je lui ai expliqu\u00e9 que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait du pain pita. Depuis, cette variante de shakshuka est plus fr\u00e9quente chez moi. Ce plat est incroyablement d\u00e9licieux, met en forme et est tr\u00e8s rapide. Que tu le pr\u00e9pares pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, le d\u00e9jeuner ou le d\u00eener, ce plat ne te d\u00e9cevra pas &#8211; m\u00eame si tu as la gueule de bois dans la cuisine
