{"id":22799,"date":"2017-03-15T23:23:29","date_gmt":"2017-03-15T22:23:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/auberginensalat\/"},"modified":"2024-06-19T17:46:30","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T15:46:30","slug":"salade-daubergines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-daubergines\/","title":{"rendered":"Salade d&rsquo;aubergines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">\u00c0peine les premiers rayons de soleil apparaissent-ils que l&rsquo;envie de faire un barbecue se r\u00e9veille en moi &#8211; l&rsquo;envie de me rendre dans un magasin de bricolage, de m&#8217;emparer d&rsquo;un grand sac de charbon de bois et de le porter triomphalement sur mon \u00e9paule jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la maison. L\u00e0, je d\u00e9chire le sac et savoure l&rsquo;odeur qui s&rsquo;en d\u00e9gage, celle du charbon de bois fra\u00eechement abattu. Hmmmm&#8230; Ensuite, j&rsquo;en remplis le barbecue et j&rsquo;allume un feu. J&rsquo;installe rapidement la grille de cuisson et c&rsquo;est parti. Je commence toujours par mettre deux aubergines sur le gril &#8211; une pour le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/baba-ganoush-auberginencreme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baba ghanoush<\/a>&nbsp;et une pour cette&nbsp;<strong>salade d&rsquo;aubergines<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon&#8230; je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tout \u00e0 fait honn\u00eate. Je ne vais pas au magasin de bricolage pour y acheter du charbon de bois &#8211; je n&rsquo;ai m\u00eame pas de vrai barbecue \ud83d\ude41<br>Mais c&rsquo;est uniquement parce que je n&rsquo;ai ni balcon, ni terrasse ou autre. Je sors donc le barbecue \u00e9lectrique st\u00e9rile et me rem\u00e9more les souvenirs des grillades pass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-barbecues-au-liban\">Les barbecues au Liban<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de ma derni\u00e8re visite au Liban, nous nous sommes procur\u00e9 un petit barbecue tr\u00e8s spartiate et nous avons fait griller&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de la kafta<\/a>&nbsp;et des morceaux de poulet au bord d&rsquo;une petite rivi\u00e8re. Pendant ce temps, ma s\u0153ur et ma m\u00e8re se sont occup\u00e9es du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul%C3%A9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taboul\u00e9<\/a>. Avec 32 \u00b0C, le barbecue n&rsquo;\u00e9tait finalement pas aussi g\u00e9nial qu&rsquo;on l&rsquo;imaginait. Je transpirais sans fin et j&rsquo;avais plut\u00f4t envie de faire du taboul\u00e9 &#8211; ou de sauter dans la rivi\u00e8re. \ud83d\ude00<br>Ok&#8230; c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un ruisseau &#8211; un petit ruisseau&#8230; Il y avait de l&rsquo;eau qui avan\u00e7ait ! Mais \u00e7a m&rsquo;aurait certainement rafra\u00eechi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenons \u00e0 la salade d&rsquo;aubergines. Cette salade est le compagnon id\u00e9al de tes grillades. Elle a un bel ar\u00f4me fum\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;aubergine grill\u00e9e, mais elle est d\u00e9licieusement fra\u00eeche gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la tomate et aux herbes. Et si, comme moi, tu n&rsquo;as pas la possibilit\u00e9 de faire un barbecue, tu peux tr\u00e8s bien pr\u00e9parer cette salade \u00e0 la maison. Il suffit de mettre une aubergine dans le four chaud et de pr\u00e9parer pendant ce temps les autres ingr\u00e9dients : Tomates, persil frais et menthe.
