Il suffit de suivre ma recette et tout se passera bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuire le boulgour<\/strong>: La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est de faire cuire le boulgour. Pour cela, mets le boulgour dans un bol ou une casserole et verse de l&rsquo;eau bouillante dessus. Remue bri\u00e8vement et d\u00e9licatement le boulgour et laisse-le ensuite gonfler \u00e0 couvert pendant environ 10 minutes. Le boulgour absorbe alors l&rsquo;eau. Laisse ensuite refroidir le boulgour et assouplis-le d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Couper les l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>: Pendant que le boulgour refroidit, tu peux laver les poivrons pointus et les tomates et les couper en petits d\u00e9s. Tu dois \u00e9galement laver les oignons de printemps avant de les couper en fines rondelles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Laver et hacher les herbes<\/strong>: Tu dois bien laver le persil et la menthe, car il peut encore y avoir un peu de sable et de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts dessus. Tu peux ensuite arracher les feuilles des tiges et les hacher finement. N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 en mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour d\u00e9corer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vinaigrette<\/strong>: elle se compose de m\u00e9lasse de grenade ou de sirop de grenade <strong>(Nar Ek\u015fisi<\/strong>), d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et de jus de citron. Ici, il te suffit de bien m\u00e9langer le tout et d&rsquo;ajouter du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer le kisir<\/strong>: Maintenant que tu as pr\u00e9par\u00e9 tous les ingr\u00e9dients, tu peux les m\u00e9langer avec le boulgour dans un bol jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9. N&rsquo;oublie pas de saler et de poivrer \u00e9ventuellement.
