En principe, tu peux bien s\u00fbr laisser la peau, mais elle est un peu trop dure pour obtenir une consistance parfaite.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9p\u00e9piner<\/strong> le concombre : apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9pluch\u00e9 le concombre, il faut l&rsquo;\u00e9p\u00e9piner. Pour ce faire, coupe-les dans le sens de la longueur et, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une petite cuill\u00e8re, passe le long du trognon pour en extraire les p\u00e9pins, plut\u00f4t tr\u00e8s aqueux. Les concombres r\u00e2p\u00e9s apportent une fra\u00eecheur insoup\u00e7onnable au tzatziki et donnent \u00e0 la trempette son go\u00fbt caract\u00e9ristique.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9shydrater le concombre<\/strong>: La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 placer le concombre dans un linge et \u00e0 en extraire le plus d&rsquo;eau possible. Tu le fais en enveloppant fermement le tissu. La base d&rsquo;un tsatsiki traditionnel est bien s\u00fbr le <strong>yaourt grec<\/strong> ou le yaourt \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me avec une teneur en mati\u00e8res grasses d&rsquo;au moins <strong>10%<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Celui-ci est particuli\u00e8rement cr\u00e9meux et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en mati\u00e8res grasses, il est aussi particuli\u00e8rement savoureux. Mais la teneur en mati\u00e8res grasses n&rsquo;est pas le seul facteur d\u00e9terminant. Mais avec quelques petites choses, vous pouvez encore l&rsquo;\u00e9lever \u00e0 un niveau sup\u00e9rieur ou y apporter votre propre touche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;ail<\/strong>: vous devez l&rsquo;\u00e9craser le plus finement possible &#8211; faites-en une v\u00e9ritable p\u00e2te. Vous pouvez le r\u00e2per finement, l&rsquo;\u00e9craser dans un mortier ou l&rsquo;\u00e9craser sur du sel. Pour la <strong>recette originale du tsatsiki<\/strong>, vous n&rsquo;en avez besoin que de tr\u00e8s peu.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aneth :<\/strong> ici aussi, je ne recommande qu&rsquo;une petite quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;aneth frais. N&rsquo;utilisez que les feuilles tendres et allong\u00e9es. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>du vinaigre de vin blanc :<\/strong> Un peu d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 est essentielle dans la sauce. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser un peu <strong>de jus de citron<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong>: Arrosez votre tsatsiki d&rsquo;un bon filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive au moment de le servir.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9pices en topping<\/strong>: selon l&rsquo;orientation que tu souhaites donner \u00e0 ton tsatsiki, tu peux aussi le topper avec diverses \u00e9pices. Pour une touche de piquant, je te conseille par exemple des flocons de piment. Pour une touche de Levante, je te conseille le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sumac-racine-de-table-du-levant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sumac<\/a> ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m%c3%aame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za &lsquo;atar<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Olives &amp; herbes aromatiques<\/strong>: nous sommes ici plut\u00f4t dans le domaine de l&rsquo;inspiration &#8211; Bien s\u00fbr, tu peux agr\u00e9menter ton tsatsiki de d\u00e9licieuses olives et de plus d&rsquo;herbes aromatiques fra\u00eeches. Non seulement c&rsquo;est beau, mais \u00e7a donne encore plus de go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je vous souhaite un bon voyage dans la cuisine grecque et un bon app\u00e9tit !
