Si cr\u00e9meux, si \u00e9pic\u00e9, si incroyablement d\u00e9licieux ! Et le mieux, c&rsquo;est que la recette est si simple et peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e rapidement. Cette trempette est vraiment id\u00e9ale pour toutes les occasions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-das-wichtigste-auf-einen-blick-was-ist-spinat-artischocken-dip\">L&rsquo;essentiel en un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il : Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la sauce aux \u00e9pinards et aux artichauts ?<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le dip aux \u00e9pinards et aux artichauts est un d\u00e9licieux dip qui associe des \u00e9pinards et <strong>des c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts<\/strong> \u00e0 une base cr\u00e9meuse de <strong>fromage frais<\/strong> et <strong>de cr\u00e8me aigre<\/strong>. Ces deux acteurs principaux sont non seulement pleins de vitamines et de min\u00e9raux, mais ils conf\u00e8rent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la trempette sa texture caract\u00e9ristique et, bien s\u00fbr, son go\u00fbt inimitable.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mais tr\u00e8s honn\u00eatement, la trempette n&rsquo;est pas un repas que l&rsquo;on devrait s&rsquo;offrir tous les jours, car il y a aussi beaucoup de graisse en jeu. Ces ingr\u00e9dients permettent d&rsquo;obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse.  <\/p>\n\n<p>J&rsquo;y ajoute aussi un peu de jus de citron, afin d&rsquo;arrondir le dip gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa l\u00e9g\u00e8re acidit\u00e9. Et enfin, et non des moindres, n&rsquo;oubliez pas le parmesan ! Disons-le tout de suite : Peu importe lequel tu choisis. Mais les deux ont des avantages et des inconv\u00e9nients.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les \u00e9pinards frais offrent une texture l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus ferme et un ar\u00f4me plus intense que les \u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s. Donc, si tu aimes le go\u00fbt des \u00e9pinards frais et que tu n&rsquo;as rien contre un peu plus de travail, opte pour les \u00e9pinards frais.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les \u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s sont souvent moins chers que les \u00e9pinards frais et disponibles toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. De plus, les \u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s sont faciles \u00e0 portionner et peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s directement \u00e0 la sortie du cong\u00e9lateur, alors que les \u00e9pinards frais ne se conservent que quelques jours apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;achat. Ils sont l&rsquo;un des principaux ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce et tu peux choisir entre des c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts marin\u00e9s en bo\u00eete ou en bocal et des c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts frais.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Les c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts marin\u00e9s en conserve sont disponibles toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. L&rsquo;avantage ici est bien s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;ils sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s et que tu n&rsquo;as vraiment plus de travail \u00e0 faire avec.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cependant, si tu pr\u00e9f\u00e8res les c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts frais, sache que leur go\u00fbt et leur texture varient davantage que ceux de la version en conserve. Les artichauts frais peuvent demander un peu plus de travail, car tu dois d&rsquo;abord les nettoyer et les faire cuire avant de pouvoir les utiliser.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Personnellement, j&rsquo;opte toujours pour les artichauts en bocaux pr\u00eats \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-rezept-und-zubereitung\">Recette et pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0, les ingr\u00e9dients sont clarifi\u00e9s. Passons maintenant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration rapide et facile de la trempette aux \u00e9pinards et aux artichauts. En fait, il y a quatre \u00e9tapes principales que tu dois suivre :<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer les ingr\u00e9dients, comme les \u00e9pinards et les c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire de la p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vorbereiten-der-zutaten\">Pr\u00e9parer les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n\n<p>Chaque fois que je cuisine, je pr\u00e9pare tous les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance pour pouvoir ensuite les utiliser facilement. Pour moi, une bonne pr\u00e9paration est essentielle. C&rsquo;est bien s\u00fbr le cas pour la trempette aux \u00e9pinards et aux artichauts.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9pinards et artichauts<\/strong>: commence de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence par les \u00e9pinards et les c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichauts. Si tu as des \u00e9pinards congel\u00e9s, il faut bien s\u00fbr les d\u00e9congeler en premier. Ensuite, je te conseille d&rsquo;essorer d\u00e9licatement les \u00e9pinards dans un passe-plat ou un torchon propre, puis de couper les \u00e9pinards et les c\u0153urs d&rsquo;artichaut en petits morceaux. Tu peux alors mieux les m\u00e9langer avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients et tout se r\u00e9partit beaucoup mieux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ail et \u00e9chalote<\/strong>: tu dois les \u00e9plucher et les hacher finement. Il ne te reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients et \u00e0 faire cuire. Mais avant, je fais tout griller bri\u00e8vement. Cela apporte plus de saveur &#8211; j&rsquo;adore les ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s !<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commence par l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote. Mets simplement un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale et fais bien revenir les deux ingr\u00e9dients jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils deviennent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement transparents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoute ensuite les \u00e9pinards coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux. Celui-ci perd \u00e0 nouveau du liquide. Fais l\u00e9g\u00e8rement revenir les \u00e9pinards dans la po\u00eale jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la majeure partie du liquide se soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;artichaut peut maintenant \u00eatre mis dans la po\u00eale. Il suffit de les faire revenir bri\u00e8vement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour finir, ajouter le reste de la trempette aux \u00e9pinards et aux artichauts dans la po\u00eale. R\u00e9duis le feu et ajoute le fromage frais, la mozzarella, la cr\u00e8me aigre, la mayo et la moiti\u00e9 du parmesan. M\u00e9lange bien le tout jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit fondu et que le tout soit cr\u00e9meux.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rectifie ensuite l&rsquo;assaisonnement avec du sel et du poivre et verse la sauce dans un plat \u00e0 four.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saupoudre le reste du parmesan sur la sauce, mets le plat au four et fais-le cuire \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit fondu et dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/spinat-artischocken-dip-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" data-src=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/spinat-artischocken-dip-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Dip d'&#xE9;pinards et d'artichauts dans un plat allant au four.
