En effet, la consistance de la trempette varie de celle d&rsquo;un morceau \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;une pur\u00e9e onctueuse. En effet, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 tous les ar\u00f4mes pr\u00e9sents, vous n&rsquo;en avez pas besoin de beaucoup. Et pour le sel, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 suivre la devise <em>\u00ab\u00a0moins c&rsquo;est plus\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welche-zubereitungsmethoden-gibt-es-noch\">Quelles sont les autres m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9paration ?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Beaucoup de gens n&rsquo;aiment pas la peau des aubergines et des tomates, c&rsquo;est pourquoi vous pouvez simplement la retirer avant de les pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Entaillez les <strong>tomates<\/strong> en croix sur la face inf\u00e9rieure et plongez-les dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 30 \u00e0 60 secondes. Ensuite, vous les sortez et les rafra\u00eechissez dans de l&rsquo;eau froide. Ensuite, vous pouvez facilement retirer la peau avec un couteau et couper les tomates en morceaux.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pour les <strong>aubergines<\/strong>, il existe plusieurs possibilit\u00e9s.
