Pour que vous puissiez pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;en-cas rapidement, je vous conseille d&rsquo;utiliser celles qui sont cuites. Sinon, vous devriez faire tremper les s\u00e9ch\u00e9es pendant la nuit et les faire cuire \u00e9galement. C&rsquo;est trop compliqu\u00e9 ! La seule question qui se pose est donc la suivante : <strong>bo\u00eete de conserve<\/strong> ou <strong>verre<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;utilise toujours les pois chiches bio en bocal.
