Le pain est c\u00e9l\u00e8bre dans le monde entier, surtout pour son go\u00fbt riche, obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une bonne quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. La focaccia est donc un classique absolu de la cuisine italienne, et ce pour une bonne raison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pain est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;une <strong>p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e<\/strong> plut\u00f4t humide qui n\u00e9cessite un long <strong>temps de repos<\/strong>. Pour cela, il suffit de passer les mains mouill\u00e9es sous une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te, de la soulever et de la rabattre sur le reste de la p\u00e2te. Il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 assez de go\u00fbt. Vous avez du pain frais, la meilleure huile d&rsquo;olive, des olives aromatiques et un d\u00e9licieux za&rsquo;atar. Un m\u00e9lange qui, en soi, est divin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement couper le pain pita et le garnir, par exemple, de <strong>tomates<\/strong> fra\u00eeches, d&rsquo;un peu <strong>de mozzarella<\/strong> ou <strong>de burrata<\/strong> et d&rsquo;un peu <strong>de mortadelle<\/strong>. Vous aurez alors le sandwich parfait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai une autre astuce pour vous : Je pense que le fromage frais libanais <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Labneh<\/a> est la sauce parfaite pour cette <strong>focaccia aux
