Mais pas sans lui donner une touche levantine, avec une cr\u00e8me de baba ghanoush \u00e9pic\u00e9e en guise de vinaigrette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous recherchez sur Internet la recette de la salade Smashed Potaoes ou de <strong>la salade Crispy Potatoes<\/strong>, vous vous rendrez vite compte qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;existe pas <strong>une seule<\/strong> recette. C&rsquo;est pourquoi je lui ai donn\u00e9 une toute autre tournure dans ma version. Il \u00e9tait donc imm\u00e9diatement \u00e9vident que je voulais cr\u00e9er ma propre recette de salade de pommes de terre saut\u00e9es. Pour obtenir des pommes de terre <strong>croustillantes<\/strong> et des aubergines <strong>fum\u00e9es<\/strong>, nous avons besoin de beaucoup de chaleur. Il est alors bien frais et croustillant et constitue un d\u00e9licieux repas <strong>de midi<\/strong> ou un <strong>d\u00eener<\/strong> d\u00e9licat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est donc frais qu&rsquo;il est le plus savoureux.
