Le yaourt maison libanais s&rsquo;appelle <strong>Laban<\/strong> et ma m\u00e8re en faisait toujours un \u00e9norme pot.\nNous en faisions souvent du <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\">labneh<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/boulettes-de-labneh\/\">des boulettes de labneh<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deux-ingredients-pour-le-yaourt-libanais\">Deux ingr\u00e9dients pour le yaourt libanais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire du yaourt vous-m\u00eame sans machine, vous n&rsquo;avez besoin que <strong>de 2 ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong>: <strong>Du lait entier<\/strong> et <strong>du yaourt<\/strong>.\nVous pouvez bien s\u00fbr utiliser du lait et des cultures de d\u00e9marrage, mais je le fais toujours selon la m\u00e9thode de maman.\nM\u00eame si cela semble un peu \u00e9trange d&rsquo;utiliser du yaourt pour faire du yaourt, parce que vous aurez de toute fa\u00e7on besoin de yaourt&#8230; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/576;\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quel-yaourt-convient-le-mieux-comme-culture-de-demarrage\">Quel yaourt convient le mieux comme culture de d\u00e9marrage ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, il est important de pr\u00e9ciser que vous utilisez un <strong>yaourt nature<\/strong>.\nEnsuite, il est important de v\u00e9rifier s&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9 thermiquement ou non.\nLe yaourt trait\u00e9 thermiquement ne peut <strong>pas<\/strong> \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour faire du yaourt maison, car ses cultures de yaourt sont <strong>mortes<\/strong>.\nVous avez donc besoin d&rsquo;un yaourt <strong>non<\/strong> trait\u00e9 thermiquement pour d\u00e9marrer, avec des cultures encore <strong>vivantes<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-et-qu-en-est-il-du-lait\">Et qu&rsquo;en est-il du lait ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez en fait utiliser n&rsquo;importe quel lait, quelle que soit sa teneur en mati\u00e8re grasse.\nMais plus le lait est <strong>gras<\/strong>, plus le yaourt sera <strong>cr\u00e9meux<\/strong>.\nC&rsquo;est pourquoi ma famille utilise toujours du lait entier pour cette recette &#8211; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1024\/576;\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\n<li>Transf\u00e9rer le yaourt et le mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trucs-et-astuces-pour-un-laban-delicieux\">Trucs et astuces pour un laban d\u00e9licieux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement v\u00e9rifier la temp\u00e9rature avec vos doigts !\nSi vous pouvez mettre votre <strong>doigt<\/strong> dans le lait chaud et compter de <strong>1 \u00e0 9<\/strong>, le lait est \u00e0 la bonne temp\u00e9rature pour y ajouter le yaourt starter. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour refroidir le lait <strong>plus rapidement<\/strong>, vous pouvez remplir un bol d&rsquo;eau et de gla\u00e7ons.\nPlacez ensuite le pot \u00e0 lait dessus et remuez le lait jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il atteigne <strong>45 \u00b0C<\/strong>.
