petit-d\u00e9jeuner.\nVersez deux ou trois cuill\u00e8res de <strong>confit d&rsquo;agneau libanais<\/strong> dans une po\u00eale chaude, ajoutez quelques \u0153ufs et servez directement dans votre assiette avec des galettes de pain, des tomates et des cornichons.\nSuper simple, super d\u00e9licieux.\nEt bien s\u00fbr, ma maman a cr\u00e9\u00e9 sa propre recette.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-l-awarma\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que l&rsquo;Awarma ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;<strong>awarma<\/strong>, ou <strong>qawarma<\/strong>, est un <strong>confit d&rsquo;agneau<\/strong> libanais. <strong>La viande d&rsquo;agneau<\/strong> est cuite lentement dans <strong>de la graisse d&rsquo;agneau<\/strong>, puis mise en conserve.\nCette m\u00e9thode de cuisson ne rend pas seulement la viande particuli\u00e8rement <strong>tendre<\/strong> et <strong>aromatique<\/strong>, elle permet \u00e9galement de <strong>la conserver longtemps<\/strong> si elle est stock\u00e9e dans un endroit frais et sombre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est tr\u00e8s ancienne et provient probablement de villageois de montagne, car autrefois il n&rsquo;y avait pas de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateurs ni m\u00eame de supermarch\u00e9s.\nLa cuisson et la mise en conserve \u00e9taient une mani\u00e8re populaire de conserver les aliments&#8230; et \u00e9tait \u00e9galement essentielle \u00e0 la survie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est un peu comme le saindoux allemand que certaines personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es aiment mettre sur leur pain&#8230; beaucoup de graisse et beaucoup familiale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, ma maman a cr\u00e9\u00e9 sa propre <strong>recette d&rsquo;awarma<\/strong>.\nAu lieu d&rsquo;utiliser des morceaux de viande d&rsquo;agneau, elle utilise simplement <strong>de l&rsquo;agneau hach\u00e9<\/strong>.\nCela devient particuli\u00e8rement croustillant lorsqu&rsquo;on le fait cuire et c&rsquo;est pourquoi c&rsquo;est une excellente combinaison avec des <strong>\u0153ufs<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi essayer les deux options.\nVous pouvez acheter la viande et la graisse d&rsquo;agneau chez votre boucher.\nVous pouvez \u00e9galement la passer directement au hachoir pour en faire de la viande hach\u00e9e ou la pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eame \u00e0 la maison.\nMais ne vous faites pas target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cannelle<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette ne n\u00e9cessite que peu d&rsquo;\u00e9pices.\nVous pouvez toutefois l&rsquo;assaisonner davantage et ajouter par exemple <strong>du cumin<\/strong>, de <strong>la cardamome<\/strong> ou un peu de <strong>baharat<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-preparation\">La pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la pr\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;awarma, nous avons \u00e9galement essay\u00e9 une variante avec <strong>du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9<\/strong> et <strong>de la graisse de b\u0153uf<\/strong>.\nC&rsquo;est une excellente alternative si vous trouvez l&rsquo;agneau trop intense. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une bonne viande vous garantit un r\u00e9sultat final savoureux.\nNe faites donc pas d&rsquo;\u00e9conomies en achetant de la viande, mais investissez dans <strong>la qualit\u00e9<\/strong>.\nVous en profiterez longtemps.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que casserole avec un couvercle ferm\u00e9 et remuez de temps en temps.\nLorsque des morceaux de graisse cr\u00e9pitants flottent \u00e0 la surface, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;elle est pr\u00eate. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filtrez la graisse fondue \u00e0 travers une passoire fine et retirez les petits morceaux.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un an.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Veillez \u00e0 ne pas laisser la graisse trop chaude, car il peut y avoir des restes de viande qui br\u00fblent entre les deux.\nLa graisse absorbe alors les ar\u00f4mes br\u00fbl\u00e9s et n&rsquo;a plus de go\u00fbt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-et-que-faire-avec\">Et que faire avec ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle question &#8211; manger, bien s\u00fbr !\nVous pouvez le tartiner encore froid sur une tranche de pain.\nOu vous pouvez le laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et mettre quelques <strong>\u0153ufs<\/strong> dans la po\u00eale.\nMais le confit d&rsquo;agneau convient \u00e9galement comme garniture pour <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\">le houmous<\/a> ou <a
