particuli\u00e8rement <strong>croustillant<\/strong>, car il comporte plusieurs couches, comme la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e.\nComme j&rsquo;aime beaucoup le croustillant, je n&rsquo;ai pas pu r\u00e9sister \u00e0 essayer cette <strong>recette<\/strong>.\nLa pr\u00e9paration prend un peu de temps, mais le jeu en vaut la chandelle, car vous serez r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par un pur plaisir.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-d-ou-vient-le-pain-a-la-poele\">D&rsquo;o\u00f9 vient le pain \u00e0 la po\u00eale ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le malawach ou <strong>malawah<\/strong> est un pain \u00e0 plusieurs couches, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec beaucoup de beurre ou de ghee et cuit dans une po\u00eale.\nIl devient ainsi croustillant et peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 tel quel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Juifs y\u00e9m\u00e9nites ont apport\u00e9 la recette en Isra\u00ebl et y ont \u00e9tabli le pain \u00e0 la po\u00eale.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le monde arabe, il existe de nombreuses variantes dont le nom et la pr\u00e9paration sont similaires, comme le <strong>kahi<\/strong> irakien ou le <strong>meloui<\/strong> marocain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous trouverez d\u00e9sormais de la malawach au cong\u00e9lateur dans tous les supermarch\u00e9s arabes.\nVous n&rsquo;avez m\u00eame pas besoin de les d\u00e9congeler, vous pouvez les mettre directement dans la po\u00eale et les faire frire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient croustillants.\nMais c&rsquo;est bien s\u00fbr bien meilleur fait maison.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-poignee-d-ingredients-seulement\">Une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients seulement &#8230;  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Et vous en avez certainement dans vos placards.\nEn effet, la farine, l&rsquo;eau, le beurre et le sel font partie d&rsquo;un stock bien ordonn\u00e9.\nSi vous n&rsquo;avez pas de graines de nigelle, vous pouvez les laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez parfaitement remplacer le beurre par <strong>du ghee<\/strong>, qui apporte plus de saveur et qui est utilis\u00e9 dans la recette traditionnelle.\nMais je n&rsquo;en avais pas sous la main. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous voulez faire la p\u00e2te <strong>de mani\u00e8re v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong>?\nRemplacez tout simplement le beurre ou le ghee par <strong>de la margarine<\/strong>.\nCela ghee)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de cumin noir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-temps-fait-la-bonne-pate\">Le temps fait la bonne p\u00e2te<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration des pains m&rsquo;a rappel\u00e9 mon premier <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/levante-das-kochbuch\/\">livre de cuisine<\/a>, car j&rsquo;y avais pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une recette similaire : <strong>Tahinov Hatz<\/strong>.\nCe sont des <strong>escargots<\/strong> sucr\u00e9s au <strong>tahini<\/strong> et aux noisettes, qui ont \u00e9galement plusieurs couches de p\u00e2te, ce qui les rend super croustillants, comme une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour obtenir des couches fines et croustillantes, la p\u00e2te est <strong>p\u00e9trie<\/strong>, <strong>aplatie<\/strong>, <strong>retourn\u00e9e<\/strong> et <strong>aplatie<\/strong> \u00e0 nouveau.\nEt c&rsquo;est ainsi que le malawach est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour donner au pain pita sa texture croustillante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est bien s\u00fbr de pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te.\nEt si vous avez un peu plus de temps pour pr\u00e9parer la cire \u00e0 mala, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 laisser la p\u00e2te reposer <strong>plus longtemps<\/strong>.\nLe temps de repos permet \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de se d\u00e9tendre, de mieux s&rsquo;\u00e9taler et d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2tisserie bien a\u00e9r\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions rapides pour la pr\u00e9paration de la malawach<\/strong> (vous trouverez les instructions elle ne collera pas. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tirez <strong>doucement<\/strong> la p\u00e2te, sinon elle sera trou\u00e9e.\nComme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 trop impatient ! <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vous en avez trop \u00e0 la fois, vous pouvez aussi <strong>congeler<\/strong> quelques p\u00e2tons roul\u00e9s \u00e0 plat.\nEmball\u00e9s herm\u00e9tiquement, ils se
