pour lesquels il n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile de cr\u00e9er une recette.\nJ&rsquo;ai consult\u00e9 ma famille, j&rsquo;ai fait des recherches et j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n<p>De toute fa\u00e7on, lorsque je veux donner \u00e0 un plat la saveur du Levant, j&rsquo;ai toujours recours \u00e0 une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9pices que j&rsquo;utilise souvent.\nElles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi la base \u00e0 laquelle j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 quelques ar\u00f4mes. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-was-ist-baharat\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le baharat ?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9pice Baharat<\/strong> est un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices arabes, \u00e9galement connu sous <strong>le<\/strong> nom d&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9pice libanaise<\/strong> ou <strong>7 \u00e9pices<\/strong>, car il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9 de 7 \u00e9pices diff\u00e9rentes. <em>Baharat<\/em> signifie <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00e9pice\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> en arabe.<\/p>\n\n<p>Comme pour le curry, le Chinese 5 Spice ou le Ras el Hanout, il n&rsquo;existe <strong>pas<\/strong> de m\u00e9lange standard.\nChaque m\u00e9lange est diff\u00e9rent, car chaque famille a sa propre recette.\nIl en va de m\u00eame pour les producteurs.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Avec Ras el Hanout, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/dukkah\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dukkah<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m%c3%aame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Za&rsquo;atar<\/a>, <strong>Baharat 7 Spice<\/strong> est l&rsquo;un des principaux m\u00e9langes d&rsquo;\u00e9pices du Levant.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image est le go\u00fbt du m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices arabes ?<\/h3>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ar\u00f4me de ce m\u00e9lange est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement <strong>piquant<\/strong>, <strong>puissant<\/strong> et poss\u00e8de une note <strong>chaleureuse<\/strong>.\nIl se marie parfaitement avec le poisson, la viande et les l\u00e9gumes.\nSes ar\u00f4mes sont particuli\u00e8rement mis en valeur dans les rago\u00fbts ou les marinades.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Lorsque vous le sentez, son odeur vous transporte imm\u00e9diatement dans la cuisine \u00e9pic\u00e9e du Levant &#8211; Essayez !<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welche-gewurze-kommen-in-die-gewurzmischung\">Quelles sont les \u00e9pices utilis\u00e9es dans le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices ?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Au cours de mes recherches et de mes consultations avec ma famille, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9pices pour le <strong>Seven Spice<\/strong>.\nIl y a cependant une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9pices que l&rsquo;on retrouve dans presque tous les m\u00e9langes.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Le cumin, la coriandre, la noix de muscade, la cannelle et le piment ainsi que les clous de girofle sont pr\u00e9sents dans la plupart des plats.\nEnsuite, on <strong>ajoute<\/strong> ou <strong>on remplace<\/strong> \u00e0 volont\u00e9, par exemple, du poivre, du gingembre, du paprika, du curcuma ou de la cardamome. :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graines de cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de coriandre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clous de girofle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprika en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e2ton de cannelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noix de muscade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Comme nous l&rsquo;avons dit, si vous n&rsquo;aimez <strong>pas<\/strong> l&rsquo;une des \u00e9pices, vous pouvez simplement l&rsquo;omettre ou la remplacer.\nFaites attention \u00e0 l&rsquo;interaction entre les saveurs \u00e9pic\u00e9es et chaudes. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-so-wird-baharat-hergestellt\">Comment est produit Baharat<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange particuli\u00e8rement aromatique, vous devez vous assurer que les \u00e9pices <strong>sont de bonne qualit\u00e9<\/strong>.\nEt comment savoir si les \u00e9pices sont de bonne qualit\u00e9 ou non ?\nL&rsquo;astuce la plus simple est de les <strong>sentir<\/strong>.\nPlus l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me est intense, plus la qualit\u00e9 est bonne et fra\u00eeche.\nLa <strong>couleur<\/strong> joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le, elle doit \u00eatre intense mais aussi naturelle.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Malheureusement, les \u00e9pices de qualit\u00e9 co\u00fbtent toujours un peu plus cher.\nLe meilleur exemple est le <strong>safran<\/strong>.\nC&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9pice la plus ch\u00e8re au monde.\nSi vous trouvez un bocal plein \u00e0 5 euros quelque part, soyez s\u00fbr qu&rsquo;il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de vrai safran.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Une fois que vous avez r\u00e9uni toutes les \u00e9pices, il ne vous reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 utiliser une <strong>po\u00eale<\/strong> et un <strong>moulin \u00e0 \u00e9pices<\/strong> ou un <strong>mortier<\/strong>.\nCar j&rsquo;utilise des \u00e9pices non moulues pour mon m\u00e9lange. <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toutes les \u00e9pices, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception du paprika en poudre et de la noix de muscade, sont grill\u00e9es dans une po\u00eale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a dur\u00e9e de conservation des \u00e9pices ?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange de condiments doit \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 au sec et au frais.\nIl peut \u00eatre conserv\u00e9 ou aromatis\u00e9 <strong>pendant environ 6 \u00e0 12 mois<\/strong>.\nLes \u00e9pices perdent leur ar\u00f4me et leur couleur avec le temps.\nSi votre baharat ne sent plus et n&rsquo;a plus de go\u00fbt, jetez-le directement \u00e0 la poubelle.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wofur-kann-die-gewurzmischung-verwendet-werden\">A quoi peut servir le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices ?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser le baharat dans n&rsquo;importe quelle recette, y compris dans des cr\u00e9ations sucr\u00e9es ou des boissons comme <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/moka-%c3%a0-la-cardamome\/\">le moka<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices arabes est tr\u00e8s recommand\u00e9 pour les marinades pour barbecue
