Les falafels sont bien s\u00fbr pr\u00e9par\u00e9s selon la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recette originale<\/a> de ma famille, mais sont ensuite cuits <strong>au four<\/strong> plut\u00f4t que dans de l&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-soi-meme-des-falafels-au-four\">Faire soi-m\u00eame des falafels au four<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore les falafels ! Ces petites boulettes croustillantes m&rsquo;ont accompagn\u00e9e toute ma vie et font partie de mes plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. Ils doivent \u00eatre <strong>croustillants<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et <strong>juteux<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, sinon je ne les aime pas.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;\u00e9tais sceptique lorsque j&rsquo;ai voulu cuisiner avec des amis et que l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de faire griller les <strong>falafels au four <\/strong>est apparue. En effet, la friture permet de <strong>dorer<\/strong> uniform\u00e9ment l&rsquo;enveloppe et de la rendre ainsi bien <strong>croustillante<\/strong>. Ils pouvaient comprendre l&rsquo;argument, mais moi aussi je pouvais comprendre leur argument pour \u00e9conomiser quelques calories.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une petite discussion, nous avons donc laiss\u00e9 l&rsquo;huile de friture dans la bouteille et nous avons pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 le four.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-bons-ingredients-pour-les-falafels-au-four\">Les bons ingr\u00e9dients pour les falafels au four<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour obtenir le go\u00fbt original des boulettes de falafel, il est important d&rsquo;utiliser des ingr\u00e9dients frais. Mais surtout, prenez des pois chiches <strong>s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/strong>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pois chiches s\u00e9ch\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre tremp\u00e9s dans de l&rsquo;eau fra\u00eeche pendant au moins <strong>12 heures<\/strong>. Avec des pois chiches cuits (en bo\u00eete), vous n&rsquo;obtiendrez pas une p\u00e2te <strong>avec des morceaux et de l&rsquo;onctuosit\u00e9<\/strong>, mais seulement une p\u00e2te <strong>boueuse<\/strong>. Et il n&rsquo;est pas possible de faire des falafels au four avec une p\u00e2te boueuse.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avais fait tremper les pois chiches pendant la nuit et nous avons donc pu commencer directement. Et avec autant de mains, la plaque de cuisson a vite \u00e9t\u00e9 remplie de boulettes de pois chiches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La pr\u00e9paration des falafels au four<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9paration : Faites tremper les pois chiches et procurez-vous le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laver les ingr\u00e9dients, les couper grossi\u00e8rement et les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formez des boulettes pour le four et aplatissez-les un peu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites cuire les falafels au four jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient croustillants, puis d\u00e9gustez-les imm\u00e9diatement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 En plus, tu \u00e9conomises quelques calories juteuses et \u00e7a ne sent pas l&rsquo;huile de friture ! C&rsquo;est vraiment un point qui m&rsquo;a encore plus convaincu de faire cuire les boulettes de pois chiches au four pour qu&rsquo;elles soient croustillantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu n&rsquo;as pas de four \u00e0 la maison ? Alors essaie donc de faire des <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafels-a-la-friteuse-a-air-chaud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafels \u00e0 la friteuse \u00e0 air chaud<\/a>. L&rsquo;Airfryer convient aussi tr\u00e8s bien si tu ne veux pr\u00e9parer qu&rsquo;une petite portion ou si tu veux r\u00e9chauffer des falafels. En effet, les <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/congeler-des-falafels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafels se cong\u00e8lent<\/a> tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous souhaite beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 rouler des boulettes et ensuite un bon app\u00e9tit.
