Ils \u00e9taient bien croustillants \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et incroyablement juteux \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. L&rsquo;ajout de la betterave rouge aux pois chiches et aux herbes ajoute une d\u00e9licieuse note sucr\u00e9e et terreuse aux petites boulettes. La <strong>recette<\/strong> est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelle-est-la-difference-entre-les-falafels-de-betterave-et-les-falafels-originaux\">Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre les falafels de betterave et les falafels originaux ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela peut para\u00eetre \u00e9trange, mais la seule diff\u00e9rence avec les <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafels originaux<\/a> est l&rsquo;ajout de <strong>betteraves rouges<\/strong>. MAIS : ce seul ingr\u00e9dient fait toute la diff\u00e9rence.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le go\u00fbt des falafels de betterave rouge est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rent, car la betterave rouge donne aux boulettes de pois chiches leur go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9 et terreux typique. Le falafel prend \u00e9galement une <strong>couleur rouge\u00e2tre<\/strong>, mais il ne faut pas s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 un rouge vif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>texture<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des falafels de betterave est \u00e9galement l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente. Je dirais qu&rsquo;elle <strong>est<\/strong> un peu <strong>charnue<\/strong>. Il faudra que j&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimente un peu plus et que j&rsquo;en fasse peut-\u00eatre un burger. En tout cas, le falafel est juteux.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-falafel-de-betterave-rouge-voici-les-ingredients\">Falafel de betterave rouge &#8211; Voici les ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les ingr\u00e9dients sont similaires \u00e0 ceux de la recette originale : <strong>pois chiches s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/strong>, <strong>ail<\/strong>, <strong>oignons<\/strong>, <strong>persil<\/strong> plat, <strong>coriandre<\/strong> fra\u00eeche, <strong>graines de coriandre<\/strong> et <strong>cumin<\/strong>, ainsi qu&rsquo;un peu <strong>de sel<\/strong> et un peu <strong>de levure chimique<\/strong>. Ajoutez ensuite des <strong>betteraves rouges<\/strong> pr\u00e9cuites. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-faire-de-succulents-falafels-de-betterave-rouge\">Comment faire de succulents falafels de betterave rouge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez faire des falafels \u00e0 la betterave en un rien de temps en suivant ces \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Faites tremper les pois chiches<\/strong>: Pour cette recette, vous aurez besoin de pois chiches s\u00e9ch\u00e9s que vous ferez tremper dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau pendant au moins 12 heures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te<\/strong>: Il vous suffit maintenant de rassembler tous les ingr\u00e9dients et de les hacher finement dans un robot de cuisine ou un mixeur plongeant. La p\u00e2te ne doit pas \u00eatre trop fine, elle doit avoir une texture l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grossi\u00e8re. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 mix\u00e9e, la p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9e au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant environ 1 heure pour qu&rsquo;elle repose.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formez les falafels de betterave rouge<\/strong>: Vous pouvez maintenant former les falafels. Vous pouvez le faire facilement avec vos mains. Apr\u00e8s avoir form\u00e9 des boulettes, vous pouvez les presser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Vous obtiendrez ainsi une forme typique.     <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faites frire les falafels<\/strong>: Faites frire les falafels dans de l&rsquo;huile chaude (environ 160\u00b0C &#8211; 170\u00b0C) pendant environ 4 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien croustillants \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et super juteux \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Fais donc directement une double portion, car tu peux facilement <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/congeler-des-falafels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer
