Car ce burger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien a le go\u00fbt des saveurs du Levant. Un petit pain brioch\u00e9 moelleux, des l\u00e9gumes croquants, une <strong>galette de Falafel Burger <\/strong>croustillante et une sauce tahini cr\u00e9meuse &#8211; d\u00e9licieusement frais et \u00e9pic\u00e9. Personne ne peut y r\u00e9sister.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-galette-de-falafel-burger\">La galette de Falafel Burger  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la galette du Falafel Burger, je n&rsquo;ai pas suivi la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recette originale<\/a>, mais j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 la recette des <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-de-betterave-rouge\/rote-bete-falafel-2-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafels de betterave rouge<\/a>. En effet, avec sa couleur rose et son ar\u00f4me l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9, elle fait une excellente boulette v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la betterave rouge, la p\u00e2te des falafels prend une l\u00e9g\u00e8re <strong>couleur rose<\/strong>, ce qui lui donne presque l&rsquo;aspect d&rsquo;une viande hach\u00e9e et permet de former tout aussi facilement des boulettes plates.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les galettes de falafels de betteraves bien form\u00e9es sont ensuite <strong>frites<\/strong> dans l&rsquo;huile jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient croustillantes. Pour moi, les galettes de pois chiches doivent \u00eatre croustillantes, mais cela les rend naturellement assez grasses.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez l&rsquo;estomac trop lourd, vous pouvez aussi pr\u00e9parer les Falafel Burger Patties dans <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-au-four\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une friteuse \u00e0 air chaud<\/a> ou au <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-aus-dem-ofen-9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">four<\/a>. Elles y seront \u00e9galement croustillantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, quand je suis en plein flow, je fais simplement le <strong>double de<\/strong> la quantit\u00e9. Je mets ensuite les pois chiches restants au <strong>cong\u00e9lateur<\/strong>, car vous pouvez les <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/congeler-des-falafels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">congeler<\/a> sans crainte. Ensuite, j&rsquo;en ai toujours sous la main pour me faire de d\u00e9licieux falafel burgers.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-realiser-soi-meme-un-burger-de-falafels-en-quelques-etapes-seulement\">R\u00e9aliser soi-m\u00eame un burger de falafels en quelques \u00e9tapes seulement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez certainement les ingr\u00e9dients de base pour les burgers en r\u00e9serve, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? Alors allez vite au supermarch\u00e9, o\u00f9 vous trouverez tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour faire des falafel burgers. Lorsque vous vous trouvez devant le rayon du pain, ne prenez pas les buns \u00e0 burger normaux, mais les <strong>buns brioch\u00e9s<\/strong> extra moelleux et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9s.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour pouvoir commencer d\u00e8s que vous avez tout achet\u00e9, vous devez laisser tremper les pois chiches s\u00e9ch\u00e9s pendant la <strong>nuit<\/strong>. En effet, si vous utilisez des pois chiches en bo\u00eete, la p\u00e2te \u00e0 falafel sera trop p\u00e2teuse et ne pourra pas \u00eatre cuite correctement.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez tout obtenu et fait tremper les pois chiches s\u00e9ch\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;eau ? Alors vous pouvez commencer : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer les galettes de Falafel Burger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me de tahini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire frire les galettes de falafel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites griller les buns pour burgers et coupez les l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assemblez le Falafel Burger et
