Mais comme je suis tr\u00e8s g\u00e2t\u00e9e, surtout en ce qui concerne la qualit\u00e9 des falafels, j&rsquo;ai tout simplement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 moi-m\u00eame une <strong>recette de falafel kebab<\/strong>. Ainsi, les falafels, la salade, la sauce et le pain vous plairont \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr. En effet, le m\u00e9lange de diff\u00e9rentes saveurs et textures fait de ce kebab v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien un d\u00e9lice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-soi-meme-un-kebab-de-falafels-ces-4-composants-sont-essentiels\">Faire soi-m\u00eame un kebab de falafels &#8211; ces 4 composants sont essentiels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 beaucoup de <strong>kebabs avec falafels<\/strong> dans ma vie, et malheureusement, il y en a eu quelques-uns qui n&rsquo;avaient pas tr\u00e8s bon go\u00fbt. La plupart du temps, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait \u00e0 cause des falafels, parce qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas frais, \u00e9pic\u00e9s ou croustillants. Mais le pain \u00e9tait aussi parfois trop friable, les sauces trop molles et la salade trop fl\u00e9trie. Voici donc les instructions pour faire soi-m\u00eame un kebab de falafels et quelques conseils utiles :   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le pain :<\/strong> vous pouvez utiliser le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-turc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain turc<\/a> classique ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a>. Vous pouvez le faire vous-m\u00eame ou l&rsquo;acheter chez un boulanger arabe. R\u00e9chauffez-le avant de le remplir avec les <strong>ingr\u00e9dients du falafel kebab<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les falafels :<\/strong> vous devriez les faire vous-m\u00eame pour qu&rsquo;ils soient vraiment bons. Le mieux est de faire une petite r\u00e9serve en suivant la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recette originale des falafels<\/a>, car vous pouvez <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/congeler-des-falafels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">congeler les falafels<\/a>. Et si vous voulez \u00e9conomiser quelques calories, pr\u00e9parez les boulettes de pois chiches \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafels-a-la-friteuse-a-air-chaud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la friteuse \u00e0 air chaud<\/a> ou au <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-au-four\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">four<\/a> &#8211; elles y seront tout aussi croustillantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les sauces :<\/strong> elles sont vraiment essentielles. Je recommande une sauce piquante et une sauce rafra\u00eechissante. J&rsquo;ai donc m\u00e9lang\u00e9 une mayo harissa \u00e9pic\u00e9e et une sauce douce au yaourt et \u00e0 la menthe.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La salade :<\/strong> dans ma cr\u00e9ation, elle se compose de chou rouge marin\u00e9, d&rsquo;oignons sumac croquants avec du persil et de tomates fra\u00eeches.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default avec les galettes farcies, c&rsquo;est que vous pouvez changer les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 votre guise si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas ou ne supportez pas l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre eux.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas la mayo harissa ou si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez une sauce classique au lieu de la sauce au yaourt et \u00e0 la menthe, faites un <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/tsatsiki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tsatsiki<\/a> cr\u00e9meux. Et tu peux remplacer la salade de chou rouge par un <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/coleslaw-aux-herbes-fra%c3%aeches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coleslaw aux herbes fra\u00eeches<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-shirazi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une salade de tomates et de concombres<\/a>. M\u00eame les falafels peuvent \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9s : <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-de-betterave-rouge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Falafel de betterave rouge<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous voulez que votre <strong>kebab de falafels soit v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong>? Il vous suffit alors d&rsquo;\u00e9changer les ingr\u00e9dients des sauces &#8211; prenez donc de la mayo <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong> et du yaourt <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong>
